A very comfortable and clean room. The room could have used a little maintenance. The breakfast didn't have much variety and wasn't very special. The beach is nice, although not the best in the area. The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly the staff's service. They are attentive to every detail.

The experience has been amazing! The food, atmosphere, and staff are fantastic! Alonso and Ronald are tremendous people, and so is the lady in the lobby. Thank you, Sonesta team, for making our vacation so memorable. The only thing is that the breakfast cost 50.000 cop instead of 35.000 that was said on the website

Great value and excellent SLA
The people service level it’s amazing, I feel completely satisfy and so happy to meet a lot of the staff in a short period of time, unfortunately the quality of the place still needs to have better maintenance because it looks a little low quality..

Must visit location.
The staff was - khan, Alonso, argeluis and Marilyn were amazing. Very accommodating and professional. Must stay location. The excursions were unforgettable!!!
