Im 50/50 on this review, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Some things were great, some not so much. Food overall I would say was a 7/10 Beach was nice, and it was so cool because you are right by the airport so the planes fly right infront of you super low and close! One downside is that there are not enough chairs and definitely not enough umbrellas on the beach. In my experience resorts usually have way more considering how big the place is. There is also this pathway that goes from the resort to the beach and there was a leaky pipe you walked past / on to.. it was liquids from the bathrooms that was flowing out , smelled horrible, you had no choice but to walk on the sand that was filled with this poop/pee liquid. I gagged every time I walked by. Probably my biggest complaint to be honest. One great thing was the Cafe in the lobby. Got a latte every morning and Veronica was SO sweet and the coffee came out great every time. The staff inside the hotel was very nice and willing to help with anything, smiles on their faces etc. staff outside, the pool, bars restaurants etc. were not as nice, seemed kind of annoyed most of the time. Fun side note ! We stepped out of the resort and walked around , tried some restaurants and the people on the island in general were so nice! We had French waiters, Italian bartenders, so much diversity and it was so cool! Hearing their stories etc.

The staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. We brought 150 people for a wedding and got treated terrible.

Staff was great, Island is amazing, water was unreal. Veronica at the coffee shop was the best. Very pleasant , welcoming and helpful to interact with.

Great experience at the resort
My experience at the resort was extraordinary. I had an amazing time there. Everyone was so nice, and the vibe was incredible! I want to give a special shoutout to my favorite bartender, Tenvis. He was amazing! He was so nice and attentive. He bartended with such precision and care. He was very pleasant and welcoming to me and my guest!

Stay was okay
The hotel needs an upgrade, the sewer system is horrible, my toilet was clogged at one point, the smell in my room and around the pool area is horrible. The staff is kind, however they were forgetful at times, the wait time to be served was long at times. The food was not great, they needed more options. My overall experience was ok.
