First - Maho Cafe best customer service ever. Shalinee was always welcoming and warm with us. Our bright spot at 6:00AM and throughout the day. Stop by and say hi and enjoy the coffee and other offerings. Rooms- Looked clean- smelt like dirty mop water. Daily cleaning was not good. Contemplated ever day asking for room change but unsure if it would have made a difference. 4/10 Staff: very pleasant until supervisors came around. Entertainment 6/10 more was needed Food- 3/10 - not great- buffet need more variety

This resort is absolutely horrible. It's not a separate resort from the one next door; there are kids crawling all over the resort. The drinks are completely awful, and the bartenders are unfriendly. The main attraction pool advertised in every photo? CLOSED. And when I asked where the nonsmoking areas were? The manager said IN THE POOL (everywhere AROUND THE POOL is fine) and MY OWN ROOM. This is not 5 star by any standard, and the staff knows it. We're leaving for the JW Marriott after 1 night, and they made clear we're going to have to fight them given it's "non-refundable" even though it's not at all as advertised.

Ambiance great food blah
Ambiance was amazing. Good meh! Appetizer and soup good. Main course was awful. Service super slow. For the cost it was not worth the money. And mgmt made no concessions for the lack luster food.
