  Great Stay

  The only issue we had when we were staying there was the water would cut off while in the shower. It would cut off for about 30 seconds. This happened several times while showering in the morning or late afternoon. It wasn't a big enough deal to complain about to the front desk, but I did let them know when checking out. We were in the Ocean View Royal suite in the main part of the resort room 520. The only other issue we had was the casino lost power on Friday the 24th. I don't think that was the resort’s fault. They did get it fixed very quickly. The casino had sports betting, slots, and table games. The rest of the resort was fantastic. Our room was huge and it had 1.5 baths. The cleaning staff did a great job. I thought the property was clean and all the employees were super nice and always willing to help. We had the breakfast buffet every day, which was nice as well. They had an omelet, pancake, and waffle station which was cooked fresh in front of you. They also had several other options on the buffet. The food at the restaurants wasn’t great, but we rented a car and ate at several restaurants off the property (just down the street). We ate the property twice. One day we had pizza and the other time we ate at the Sushi bar. Food wasn’t great but that’s been our experience at other properties throughout the Caribbean. That’s why we rent a car. We went to the Caribbean for sun and relaxation which is what we got. The beach was clean and the sand got hot. There was seaweed, but I got in the water everyday but once. The seaweed isn’t the resort’s fault. They did come around 2-3 times a day and cleaned it up. I do recommend taking a trip to Nevis. It was awesome as well. The grocery store (Ram’s) across the street was perfect for grabbing supplies. You literally crossed the street and there it was. I would definitely return to this property. It was my wife's birthday while we were there. I let them know ahead of time. They really went of of the way by decorating the bedroom and drawing us a bath. It was perfect. I got the "Wrecked in St Kitts package" when booking the room on the Marriott website. Well worth it. We had a great time.

  Think Twice Before Booking Your Destination Wedding Here

  As the mother of the groom, I dreamed of my son's wedding day for years. Unfortunately, the wedding coordination at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino was one of the biggest disappointments of our lives. Our families traveled from all over the world to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime event. Instead, guests were left standing outside in the heat until the bride's mother and I insisted the reception area be opened. During the ceremony, the officiant repeatedly blocked the photographer's view, leaving many of the professional photos and videos we paid for obstructed forever. The most disappointing part wasn't that mistakes happened—it's that after months of trying to resolve our concerns, no meaningful accountability or goodwill gesture was ever offered. We were simply told the resort had fulfilled its contractual obligations. You only get one wedding day. We can't get ours back.

  I had an amazing stay at the Marriott in St. Kitts! The property is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made the experience even better. A heartfelt thank you to Samenthe Archibald—I sincerely apologize if I’ve misspelled your name. Your warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made my experience truly unforgettable. You anticipated every need with grace and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting St. Kitts and can’t wait to return!

  Nice place but can't use the beach

  We had a 2 bedroom condo at this resort for 9 days. Pros: They room was clean and had a wonderful view of the Atlantic (more on this later) It had a full kitchen and there is a Ram's grocery store close. The pool was nice and the larger one had a swim up bar. Cons: It was nice but the beach is completely unusable unless you don't mind mounds of seaweed and the smell of rotting fish. It was really rough as well. They did provide a shuttle to another beach on the Caribbean side of the island twice a day but they were never times we could take. There were little bugs/ants in the room. In a place where bugs outnumber people probably 1000 to 1 and it being tropical, it's normal. They were just in one please and didn't really bother me. Most of the people were nice but some seemed bothered by you There was one person that worked there that did tours to Nevis on his days off. He did tell us that the ferry was extra but not all people on the tour. What he didn't tell us was the taxi's were not included as well. You can take a taxi to the strip on the Caribbean side of the island which was beautiful. They have tons of restaurants there and the lobster is great. We ate at The Monkey Bar, Mr. X's Shiggidy Shack, Patsy's and The Dock. All of them were great and pretty affordable especially compared to the places at the resort. It's well worth the $10 each way to go down there. The dives were the only thing that saved the trip there. Auston at Pro Divers was amazing and the dives were so relaxed. They were all a short distance from the dock, the water was calm and visibility great. We saw several sharks, octopus, eel, lobsters and tons of reef fish on our 6 dives. Loved the plane and bulldozer!
