Best family resort in Cancun
Great family friendly resort. This trip was a great value for the money. It wasn’t the fanciest place but we felt right at home with our two young boys. On a great section of the beach (with a very attentive lifeguard). The food was better than expected at each of the restaurants and the different bars had some fun cocktails to try that we had never heard of before.

We are here right now :) last day today. The hotel is great! The service is top notch. They work so hard to provide a good time. The food is actually great considering it’s an all inclusive generally speaking. The entertainment team works their ass off to keep every one engaged all the time. It’s awesome. The kids pools / pirate ships / castle thingie / kids club / Disney show / fire show - it’s all great! Shout out to Hipolito at the Mexican restaurant, Rico and Eduardo at Azul. And the lady chef on the omelette station at Azul! Edgar at the Italian place, Cristina and Jorge Salas at the reception. Martha from the massage place. I don’t remember the name of the server at the ice cream shop but dude you are so polite. Rosendo and Moises at the buffet place upstairs. The lady who serves the tacos at the pool! Fernando the cabana guy! All of you made our trip memorable! The service is amazing. We will come again! We’ve been to Mexico twice prior to this (Riveira Maya and Tulum) both hotels were island resort vibes. Sunscape Cancun is city vibe but man is it fun. It’s not small but it’s not too big either :) The beach this hotel is on is freaking turquoise water, white sand and clean. There is some sea moss on the beach but any educated person would know beaches in Mexico are federal. Hotels don’t have to clean them plus it’s only a little sea moss. If you have that much problem spend some more dollars and go to Turks and Caicos. LOL. Don’t blame the hotel for sea moss on the beach
