    Need improvement

    Please improve the restaurant reservation system and provide pagers so we know when to return. Also, upgrade the quality of the buffet food.

    Best staff and service!

    We loved our stay at Sunscape. The staff are outstanding and the food and drinks can’t be beat! The beach is beautiful and swim able. Plenty of lounge chairs available and the staff are always there when you need them. If you want a resort that is more intimate, this is the place!

    Food was amazing and service is 10/10. our waiter Edgar made sure we had a great dinner experience. Kept checking up on us gave us recommendations and very friendly. One of the best hotels to stay at for food and hospitality. Will come back every year.
