    No Resort Fees

    I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. Hoku and Salynda truly exemplify great hospitality, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. It's refreshing to see a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests rather than just focusing on resort fees like many others do. Their approach to customer service is commendable, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. Also, please give our love to Jack the dog! What a delightful companion he is!

    SurfJack is All That

    Great little hotel, very homey and comfortable. There's a true feeling of ohana here, and it's great to see Jack (the dog) in the afternoons. The Christmas Eve party at SurfJack Hotel was wonderful, with a such a warm spirit of aloha - would definitely return!!

    Great mother-daughter stay!

    My daughter and I had a great time staying here - right in the heart of so many things! The staff is amazing- always welcoming and so friendly. We had a great time with all the holiday celebrations they were doing. And the restaurant happy hour is amazing - great way to relax by the pool after an afternoon of activity! Coffee shop and restaurant are a bonus!

    Great hotel, Great location, Great service

    We traveled to Hawaii with a large family to watch our daughters college b-ball team play in a tournament. The Surf Jack was the perfect hotel for our needs. The rooms were very accommodating, and the staff was very friendly. The price point of the rooms and the value was equally great! The location proved to be very central for our needs as even though we rented cars, we actually were able to walk pretty much everywhere we needed to. Overall it was a 5 star stay for our family.
