    Breakfast buffet is served at Los Tucanes in the hotel section of the resort, with multiple food stations including made-to-order eggs and omelets, pancakes and waffles, a tropical fruit juice bar, a seasonal fruit selection, cereals and cold cuts, cheeses, smoked fish, and local specialties such as gallo pinto, tamales and sweet plantains. Guests can also order a la carte from a menu covering light fruit plates and continental selections more extensive and traditional Costa Rica and American options including omelets, pancakes.

     Fine dining dinner is available at Los Tucanes with elaborate, creative dishes that blend international ingredients with the best of fresh Costa Rican produce and specialties. The region's top chefs are masters at blending flavors and creating new culinary experiences. A Los Tucanes dinner may highlight favorites such as Pacific tuna, salmon or sea bass; shellfish, river trout, and grass-fed beef, along with lamb, caviar, and foie gras. The restaurant offers a three-course prix fixe menu. The restaurant can create simpler dishes for younger guests and can modify dishes to accommodate dietary needs.

    Paradise

    Simply a magical experience! The resort makes you feel like you are stepping into a tropical dream. The room was stunning with the view of the volcano from our window. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience when you stay here!

    Excellent Resort

    First class resort. Breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were truly exceptional with Cristian at Tucanes restaurant and the concierge Stuart providing excellent customer service. If you can tolerate the price point, Tabacon resort is a wonderful and relaxing place to experience one of the most beautiful places on earth.

    One of the top resort in Costa Rica

    Resort was stunning all around. Beautiful gardens all around, well take care of by gardeners daily. Pool was spectacular, surprisingly quiet. Had it to all to ourselves when we went to use it. Room was huge and very clean with clean, comfortable bedding! Enjoyed the hot springs, one of a kind experience. Loved ever second of our stay!

    Beautiful Stay

    Beautiful resort would recommend to anyone to visit. The food was great as well as the drinks. All the staff was very helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. The springs are beautiful and very peaceful. The spa was gorgeous and the massage my husband and I received was absolutely wonderful!
