  Immediate Action Required: Serious Service, Safety, and Medical Care Failures

  I sincerely hope this complaint is genuinely reviewed by the management team and not simply treated as a feedback email to fulfill a process requirement without anyone actually investigating the issues raised. What we did not like was the service. There were three serious incidents that require your attention. All of them can be verified through the hotel’s security cameras. 1. Inappropriate treatment of my 11-year-old son: A bartender ignored him for several minutes when he asked for a Coke, then rudely shoved the glass toward him and sarcastically replied, “Who else do you think it’s for?” It was evident that the bartender prioritized guests who were leaving tips and assumed that my son would not do so, which appeared to explain the lack of interest and attention shown to him. 2. Inadequate response to my son’s iguana bite: The service desk failed to act with urgency. After 20 minutes, two security staff arrived with a basic first-aid kit but had no appropriate disinfectant or antibacterial ointment and seemed unsure how to treat the wound. We ultimately had to seek treatment elsewhere to reduce the risk of infection. 3. Dilution of alcoholic beverages: The spirits served at the hotel bars, including vodka and whisky, appeared to be diluted with water, raising serious concerns about product quality and authenticity. We confirmed our suspicions by tasting the spirits neat, without ice. These incidents reflect serious failures in customer service, staff conduct, and medical preparedness. I expect a proper investigation and concrete action, not just a generic response.

  Absolutely Perfect!

  My husband and I went to the Divi Divi from September 29th to October 6th. We booked directly through the resort and were given our first reservation at the Red Parrot. Our room was a beautifully updated Cassata room. We were 60 steps from the beach and we loved the location in section 300. All of the restaurants were delicious the waiters, bartenders, mixologists and staff were all amazing. Everyone was smiling and helpful. Using the App, we were able to book the restaurants we wanted to eat at without a problem. A few were at a later time- 8 pm, but we didn't mind that at all. The beaches there are beautiful and we had no problem getting chairs in the morning. The breakfast and lunch buffets were plentiful- I liked the Tamarijn lunch buffet better as they cooked items fresh and had a larger selection of seafood. I believe this is because the buffet area at the Divi is being renovated. We would go back again without hesitation.

  10 Stars for Tamarijn

  Fantastic Stay All Around! We had heard wonderful things about the Tamarijn from so many people so we decided to book for our honeymoon. We were fortunate to have 8 days here and it did NOT disappoint. The atmosphere, the rooms, the weather, the pools and the ocean were perfect. On top of all that , the food and each restaurant provided an excellent experience! Our personal favorite is Club Margot (the food is unreal) but every single meal has been spectacular. But most importantly I would love to take a moment to acknowledge the STAFF!! These are the people who make a difference and make this place so special. I was blown away by the incredibly kind people we encountered. Everyone was so genuine, thoughtful and personable. It felt like everyone really cared for each other. A few special shoutouts to our E Bike Tour guides Zef, Bri and Donny who made the experience so enjoyable and fun! I’m a bit nervous on bikes and had never tried snorkeling before but they were so kind and supportive. It is so worth booking!! I’d also like to acknowledge Richard (Paparazzi), Jordan (Red Parrot), Idol (Club Margot), Jennifer (Pure Lime), Faye (Paparazzi), Kenneth and the incredible folks at Cunucu Terrace - these humans are the glue that hold this whole atmosphere together. We are so appreciative of all you do to make everyone’s vacation so meaningful. We can’t wait to come back some day! ❤️

  Family trip to Aruba

  Our family of 9, ages 8-67, had the most wonderful vacation at the Tamarjin resort. We had great communication prior to our arrival and received rooms near each other as requested which we know is not a guarantee, thank you reservation staff! We enjoyed every meal, we had favorites of course, but all were very good. The resort and our rooms were very clean and it was easy to get around. Loved our Expresso martinis in Paparazzi at the end of the evening, and the happy staff we met there. Don’t miss the Barista coffees and croissants, amazing! Sushi at lunch buffet! Steak Tacos, amazing! I would happily return tomorrow. Please note- the Tam rooms are all beachfront, most have rocks which do not allow for entry into the sea. You can take a golf cart or walk to the Divi Beach for a beautiful sandy entry into the water. We prefer the Tam side- not special reason, but we feel at home there. Cannot wait to return!
