  Amazing experience!

  Amazing experience here! It was our first time out of the country and we can’t say better things! Amazing resort, food, people; every employee made our time here even better! We are 100% coming back! Caroline and Lilly at the front desk were so kind and made our check in and out easy!

  4 Stars!

  Very nice experience, the food and drinks were very good! Overall staff was nice but seemed everyone had the main front desk had an attitude. Concierge was amazing and helped plan and co firm our itinerary for while we were there. Nice beach right on the property. Pools were decent as well. Don't waste your time doing the divi club meeting just pay the difference for what they claim you'll save on whatever coupon they're willing to give you. You'll lose a day and probably get pressured into a "club membership" which is there way of a time share. Don't lose your day doing that. But overall great experience and would recommend.

  An “OK” all inclusive resort….

  I like that the resort is right on the beach but the vibe did not give all inclusive. As soon as you get there you are told to take a snapshot of what’s apart of the all inclusive and what’s not apart of the all inclusive because things are shared with Divi and the golf course resort. The drinks did not scream all inclusive, basic plastic non see through cups, no garnish, no straws nothing you’d take a pic with for social media. The staff were friendly but not attentive at all and did not look like they wanted to be there, almost felt like we had to track down someone to get a cup for water or a water refill (and no not bottle water because the tap water from Aruba tastes amazing!). A few pools but no swim up bar. The one swim up bar was not part of the all inclusive because that was apart of the apartments even though our room was right next to it. The bathrooms were cramped some of the living area could have been reduced to accommodate for a larger bathroom. My husband is 6’3” and his knees would hit the shower glass when sitting on the toilet so he’d sit sideways. No staff on the beach. The loungers at the beach and the pool areas are not maintained at all. For example some were so dingy instead of being light blue they were black, some were ripped, and others had bird poop which I get is not their fault but a good spray down at the end of the day would help. You have to reserve restaurants 2 days in advance using their app or concierge. The food was subpar, under seasoned and nothing that was part of the Aruban cuisine. We usually try to eat the food of the country we are staying in but that was not possible here unless we leave the resort. All in all, it was a chill vibe because we made the best of it. Club Margot was the best restaurant and it was a great dinner for our anniversary.

  Not worth the $$$

  PROs: proximity to airport. Double queen oceanfront premier room was very nice. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Buffet staff was exceptional. CONs: check-in 45 minutes, 2 people working the reservation desk. Check-out 20 minutes, 1 person working the reservation desk. No resort directory/map provided. Was instructed to "take a picture of the resort map at the check in desk". Bartenders at the main bar add little value. Rude to customers, pick and choose which customers to serve. Overall perception - focus is required on customer service and customer satisfaction. Value for dollar/cost paid is deficient. There is nothing special that warrants the elevated rates for this resort.

  Amazing trip!

  Would give this hotel higher than a 10 if I could. All of the rooms are oceanfront, the beaches are well kept and there was plenty of room for people to spread out and enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation. Check-in was super easy and Cat helped us with the perfect room. She also provided tips and tricks at the hotel every restaurant was wonderful, you can tell the professional chefs preparing delicious meals with plenty of food and beautiful presentations. Our hotel was kept clean all week, and we would return to our room with a new arrangement of tiny flowers off the tree that our housekeeper had picked. The staff work incredibly hard, from the moment you check in you feel like you are someone special. I’ve read other reviews and I realize that you can’t please all people, some people are just difficult. My husband and I went to relax, enjoy the beautiful beaches and the fine cuisine, and we got exactly what we paid for and more. You can ferl the pride that the workers have in this property.. do not be one of those people that find fought with everything, open your heart and enjoy every little bit of this property has to offer and recognize how hard the people work for you to enjoy that privilege.
