    Great Resort and exceptional staff

    I really enjoyed this party resort, but what caught my attention the most was the way Omar López took care of guests’ privacy and security. I always saw him being very observant and keeping an eye out for people recording with glasses or cameras. I was also very impressed by his high-quality service, empathy, honesty, dedication to his work, and kindness. My utmost respect and gratitude to this young man who is truly passionate about his job.

    We felt safe and secure at all times!

    Amazing security service! A gentleman by name of Omar Lopez-security made us feel very secure and safe because he was monitoring and ensuring that we were all doing good. Very attentive of all of us. We enjoyed our night!

    One of the best swimmable beaches in hotel zone

    Well, I did not try to get explore much of late hours life, but the beach of Temptation is good, though not great. It is shallow by buoys in one place. Noise from resort can be heard from there too. I enjoy swimming, current no problem for me . l am lady travelling alone. I rather stay at nearby Cancun Bay because it is cheaper and more quiet for getaway. Now I would also consider Temptation or other nearby resort. I did not see too many people in the ocean, even on the beach. Perhaps, drinking by the pool is more popular, but not for me. Either way, the place has one of the nicest beaches in hotel zone. For better swimming experience you rather go to Miguelito beach, though I do not like hotels there.

    NOT AGAIN!!

    HONEST REVIEW: The resort itself is "Not bad". There are nice pools, beach is kinda sub par but the facilities kinda make up for it if your not worried about a beach. PROBLEMS: From the moment you check in they try to upsale the crap out of you. It's slightly annoying. They offered an upgrade that was $400 more than online. The food is sub par at best. The balcony had so many paint chips all over the place and in the jacuzzi we couldn't even use it. And to top it all off I came home to a $1,200 charge after my stay that I didn't even get a reciept for! NEVER AGAIN, won't be staying at ANY of their resorts or crusies ever again.
