  Another Gorgeous Negril Property!

  We didn’t actually stay here but spent the day on the property with friends that stay at this resort very often. We were able to have lunch here and the food was absolutely fantastic! The drinks were some of the best we had while we were in Negril, thanks to our amazing bartender, Razor! Highly recommend the dirty banana, jerk chicken wrap and the rum raisin ice cream. My son loved hunting for hermit crabs and jumping off the bridge into the water (he’s a very experienced swimmer). The gift shop had a lot of unique products that we also purchased. We would definitely stay on this property next time we come to Negril!

  Great Food and Service Wish we had booked this hotel

  We had lunch here and what a view and also great food and service. Wish we had booked this hotel it looks amazing.The pool looks so inviting and they have access to the ocean

  Paradise us still alive

  I just completed my first full day of my biannual visit to Tensing Pen. Hello!!! The place is up and running and as gorgeous as usual. We had our couples massage with Maxine and Georgia and it was as great as always. Actually better since there were few boats going to Rick’s. Which leads me to why I am writing this review on day one. Where are you all??? The staff is here as lovely as ever even though many of them have suffered big losses. The dogs are lonely. And there is a new “mascot” that will only be revealed when you get here. The only thing missing is YOU!! Airport was fast and uncrowded. Roads are no worse than before. Traffic through town is lighter. Please support these folks who make a vacation so special. Respect!!

  Where the People Make the Paradise

  There’s a good reason why so many people you meet at Tensing have not only stayed there before, but return year after year. It’s also incredibly refreshing to see the same friendly staff who’ve been with the resort for so long. They truly make you feel like part of the Tensing family from the moment you arrive. The accommodations are comfortable and unique, the food and drinks are excellent, and everything is extremely reasonably priced. Plus, if you’re in the mood to explore, there are plenty of great bars and restaurants just a short walk away. If you haven’t experienced Tensing yet, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. You’ll understand why so many of us keep coming back!

  Lovely location and hotel

  Gorgeous location, lovely room, really liked the small and intimate vibe. Great food, good service. Minor criticisms but feel at this price point, expectations are high: no coffee or tea in rooms was surprising. We were waking up early (5-6am) and had to walk over to the restaurant and there was never fresh warm coffee available until around 7am every day. Frustrating. Also, We arrived late and had to wait while the reception cover was woken up to check us in and take to our room (again, no drinks or welcome). Service is definately geared toward Americans versus UK/europeans. There was a Thanksgiving dinner while we were there and no other option or vegetarian choice provided. Again, relatively small things but we’ve travelled alot and have experienced a lot warmer and more personalised service at other places. But overall if was a lovely few days and would recommend.
