The room was amazing, our bellboy Angel was great, he was very helpful and polite and was always willing to help us. The location of the hotel is perfect for nightlife but also for going to the beach. Everything is located super close within 5-15 minutes.

Enrique the bell boy is the best part of the whole experience. He is awesome and so very helpful. The maid did a good job cleaning.the room except for floor always had hairs and dust balls after cleaning. Did away with several happy hours at their different bars so that was no fun. They use to give u a welcome drink but not anymore.

The management is the worst I have seen in my 25 years of traveling. Zero flexibility and zero customer service. Check your bill at the end of the trip as mine was off by more than $100 with bad charges. And a complete carelessness of the staff. Find another hotel to spend your money as there are endless options in the area. I wish I could give them negative stars

Fall in love with Cabo again and again and again
I have been coming to Cabo since 1988. We are Tesero VIP club members purchased in 2015. We last visited this resort in 2016. Playa de Carmen, Tulum took our travel attention for a few years. We decided to come back to the Tesero Cabo Marina and were pleasantly surprised at the management upgrades and good food. We had the members penthouse… great view and vibes. Isabel our housekeeper and Fidel our pool waiter were great throughout our stay. We found a place to buy the local catch and Captain Tony’s prepare it was amazing… Chef Polo!! We’ll be back.

Jose the Bell Boy is so friendly! He made our stay!
The best customer service! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We asked for a particular side of the hotel to stay on the they showed us two rooms to choose from. It’s been an amazing vacation! The hotel is easy to get around and the staff goes above and beyond.
