    Great weekend get away

    Very nice hotel with a great view. Environment and staff are all very friendly. Room needed a few fixes like sink was leaking and faucet handles were hard to open.

    This is my second time coming to Tesoro Manzanillo with family and I will definitely keep coming back due to the service and amenities. The experience since arriving is welcoming by all the hosts for all aspects of the hotel. Adrian was our waiter for breakfast this morning and was attentive to our needs and helpful for any questions we had. Excited for what else we are to experience here.

    Tesoro is a two star ⭐️ ⭐️ hotel. I don’t recommend it for international people

    The BAD: The hotel is very outdated and dirty. The food is horrible my husband got sick and spent a day in the bathroom. The from desk people were rude with very poor communication skills. They have a very small pool and always full of people specially children. You have to wake up early to reserve a spot for one of the restaurants in which they only serve you smaller portions of entrees, main course and dessert. They only have one type of cheap wine. They don’t have enough Long Beach chairs. One of our family member fell near the pool and got a deep ugly cut since it was very slippery, we went to ask for bandages and they didn’t have any in their first aid kit. And the first aid kit was so old and everything in it was expire. The GOOD: The night entertainment was fun. The majority of the people there are very nice, friendly and hard working. With some exceptions like some people in front desk and I have to complain about, Yovanni in the pool, because he was rude and he has very poor skills as entertainer. Big thanks to Cristian in the pool always very friendly, keep it up!

    Great staff

    We had a great time at Tesoro. The view of the beach is amazing. Our waiter Adrian was great and took very good care of us during our entire visit. He was very friendly and polite.

    The aerobic trainer was awesome as well as the white stuff by the pool.

    beautiful experience everyone was great from the front desk personnel to Front desk staff, specially, our bar bartender’s waitress specially polo was great and very attempted to our table.
