This is our 2nd time coming to this 5*+ boutique small resort. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! The rooms, view,service, wait staff, food is all amazing. We are hating to leave names of people out but here are some of the names that were here last year as well.Luigi,our Ambassador couldn't do enough for us,he is amazing. Kenya, the Manager is wonderful & helpful. Jocelyn is a lovely young woman who explained features of all their resorts. Noah gives an amazing neck & back massage. All Restaurant people: Yeo,Marley Restaurant reception is just the best, so pleasant & friendly. Ferdanan,Edwardo,Elvis,Manuel,Francesco,Missael,Miguel,Mario,David. I know I am leaving some names out,please forgive me. Eli for beach beds,Cynthia at checkout. The evening entertainment with guitars & singers were very talented. Everyone you meet is certainly #1 Customer Service all the way What can you say, YOU MUST COME TO RELAX IN THIS AMAZING RESORT FOR R & R. Again, thank you for the tray of Chocolate Covered strawberries & card for our 10th anniversary as well as the upgrade from Junior Suite to 1 bedroom partial oceanview. Trusting to be back next year maybe February! EXCELLENT RESORT! 93 Rooms,3 restaurants,infinity pool on rooftop & restaurant, & 2 bars.

Relaxing
The staff are attentive and enjoyable - even helping us with our Spanish. The grounds and rooms are beautiful (some hall carpet needs replacement, which we were told will be happening). They keep the beach pristine and the short walk to town is fun on either the beach or side streets.

Amazing! Will definitely return
I really enjoyed my experience here. Everyone was so attentive and caring. They always wanted to make sure we were happy. Special thanks to Javier, Giovanni, and Ian. They were amazing. The beach is very nice too. The seaweed was always cleaned up. The gym is spectacular. The treadmill is in spanish but still very easy to use and understand. The weight equipment looks great too.

Great little resort!
I loved this hotel. From the minute we entered and began our check in, the staff’s energy was so laid back. Friendly and calming. Alejandra was a great welcoming committee! She is just lovely! Our fav beach waiter was Ian! Man they work hard to serve you! Our fav waiter at Ro Marleys was Fernando. Just so sweet and kind! And our absolute favourite was Mariel! She is the butler u didn’t know u needed! She took care of everything for us! Making sure we had our dinner resos booked, made sure our transport leaving was taken care of and ent thing else in between! Just a wonderful lady! Everything thing we ate was absolutely delicious! The beach was perfect! The rooftop patio was so beautiful to watch the sunsetting. The resort is a smaller boutique vibe which was exactly what me and my husband were after! I have no negatives to say about the resort or our experience. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary ❤️❤️

A great place to stay for winter sun.
My wife and I stayed at The Fives for 8 nights. This was our first time visiting this hotel and Mexico. The location was perfect for us, as it was in a quiet location in a more residential area, but only a 10 minute walk to the central dining/entertainment area. The hotel itself has a peaceful, relaxed vibe. Well appointed air conditioned rooms, comfortable bed. Also included a complimentary drinks fridge with soft drinks and beer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bedside power including USB-A sockets. The room was well lit and black out curtains made it excellent for sleeping. We tried the hotels 3 restaurants, all served great cuisine and all staff were attentive and professional. I particularly enjoyed breakfast at the RoMarley beachside seeing the sunrise (see picture) The beach area was clean and well appointed with a pool, deck loungers, parasols, showers for rinse off, bar service and lovely golden sand, cleaned each morning. The roof top pool area is adult only. The pool is unheated and could be considered a little cool for those who prefer bath temperatures but was pleasant enough to cool off. The rooftop restaurant is very pleasant with full bar, varied menu at great staff. Beach towels are provided at both pools and the glass screening surround provides good shelter. All in all a very well maintained and appointed hotel, with friendly helpful staff and a relaxed peaceful environment. Travel time from Cancun Airport is 25 mins. The town centre is a friendly and welcoming place, with good restaurants, live music. The town square has a great market too. Would certainly recommend.
