    Loved our stay here - highly recommend

    My daughter and I stayed here as it was recommended to us. Gorgeous hotel! Very friendly staff. Everything was wonderful. The restaurants on site were fabulous! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Will definitely be returning soon.

    Best hotel staff ever!!

    Our first trip to New York and we were nervous. Being from Kentucky and not spending much time in large cities, we were not sure of the people, the hotel, and how do we were going to around...lots and lots of worries. No need to worry at all..from the first contact with our reservation agent (Alvin)at the hotel, till the hugs given when we got picked up on our last day by our Uber; The Kimberly Hotel was the BEST! The staff was amazing and treated everyone with kindness and love. We loved, loved our doorman Harry and his stories. Miri and his restaurants/bars were amazing and we got to share some bourbon stories over my first "Manhattan" in Manhattan while looking down on the city from the "Upstairs". The hotel location was awesome as my wife has been in love with the tree in Rockefeller plaza for years and also her favorite morning show "The Today Show". A short walk up 50th and we would be there in just a few minutes. Also, the number 6 Subway line was just around the corner and from there you could be anywhere in New York with just a short subway hop. We'll be back in 2 years as we missed a few things on our "to do' list. Thanks again to all the staff and management at The Kimberly!!

    Top notch customer service

    I stayed at the Kimberly hotel in Manhattan in November with a party of 6 friends. The hotel was perfectly located and rooms roomy and well appointed. The biggest attribute was the customer service. Upon returning home I was billed incorrectly for my stay. An employee named Lola was very helpful in following through. She got me my refund and reimbursed me for an upgrade I had paid for to make up for my inconvenience. I would definitely stay there again. Great customer service means a lot to me!
