    Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.

    During the Spring Break season (February-April), a Student/Youth Traveler is defined as any guest who is under 25 years old traveling without their legal parent or guardian. 

    • Any guest meeting this definition must pay a nonrefundable insurance fee of $30.00 USD in cash only at the time of check-in. 

    • As a general policy, Oasis Hotels & Resorts does not accept Student/Youth Traveler Groups at this hotel during the Spring Break season (this restriction does not apply to family travel).
