The Trafalgar Square St. James Hotel is a wonderful choice for a London stay, with an excellent location and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my experience was Beatrice in the bistro/bar. Her professionalism, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail made every interaction a pleasure. She is a true asset to the hotel and exemplifies outstanding hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London!
