Sep 10, 2026The Westin Grand Cayman Never Disappoints Amazing Team!
This was not our first stay at The Westin Grand Cayman, and once again, the experience was absolutely top-notch. Every time we visit, we are reminded why we keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and the level of service is consistently excellent. A very special recognition goes to Adela Dicon from the Front Desk. From the moment we arrived, Adela made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. She was always professional, warm, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Her personal attention and kindness truly made a difference. We would also like to recognize Rodrigo at Cayman Coffee Exchange, who was always friendly and welcoming and made our visits there a pleasure, and Aramis at the beach, whose great attitude and attentive service made our time by the water even more enjoyable. The entire team at The Westin Grand Cayman does a fantastic job. It is people like Adela, Rodrigo, and Aramis who make a beautiful hotel feel even more special and keep us wanting to return. Once again, another wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Anther AMAZING visit!!
Literally, I can not say enough GREAT things about this resort. From the moment we checked in, it was clear the employees care about service. This was our second visit to this property and, again, ZERO complaints, and I can not wait to visit again ASAP. We enjoyed breakfast each day and, from day one, Valentino knew our names and drink requests. We came back each day, and he greeted us, BY NAME, and offered another ray of sunshine. Truly, HE got my day off to a wonderful start each morning!! On our last day, we hugged as if we were long-time friends. That does NOT happen unless people really care about the work they do and enjoy it. The team at the swim-up bar was always professional and welcoming. Even when they got busy for happy hour, they always treated us with care. I never once felt I was "bothering" them. We rented a beach pod one day, and the beach staff that day, and every day, were right on top of things. Press a button when you would like something, and they appear, ready to bring food, drinks, whatever you need. I hope that SOON we will be on our third trip back to this great resort. If you are trying to decide if this resort is "worth it," let me help you. YES, YES, YES. They are on a beautiful stretch of beach, have a great pool, and have a caring and hard-working team to ensure you have a great trip. If I could, I would give this property 10 stars out of 5.

Beautiful Beachfront Property and Top Notch Staff
We enjoyed a 7 Night stay at this property. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront and pool area. There are plenty of chairs and cabanas (for rent), available around the pool area and on the beach. The poolside bar does an excellent job of taking care of everyone. The indoor bar has a good food selection of bar food and entrees and the service is great. The breakfast buffet was very good, offering a large selection of breakfast items along with a made to order omelette station. The coffee shop cafe has a great selection of sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold drinks. We had a King Ocean Front Room which was well appointed and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The evening “Turn Down Service included two Tortuga Rum Cakes each evening, which was a nice touch. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Westin Property if you are visiting Grand Cayman.

Location and service
Wrapping up a week at the Westin in Grand Cayman and I have to say it's been wonderful. The location is perfect, near to everything we enjoy (restaurants, diving, Camana Bay) and the service has been a delight. Everyone has been cheerful and quick to try and make the stay enjoyable. And a special call out to Arun who took especially good care of us. Thank you to all!
