Excellent, start to finish
We stayed here on Friday evening after attending arena cross in the SSE just a short walk away. After the short walk back after the show I was absolutely froze and thought I’d have a decaf coffee to heat me up. Unfortunately the coffee machine had stopped working but the lady working the bar went out of her way to get me a decaf elsewhere. Served with the most beautiful little shortbread. While browsing the cocktail menu I was intrigued by the ‘Jack & Rose’ cocktail. So I ordered one. My goodness delightful, a must try. Jonas & Joe in the bar kept them coming along with a bit of a giggle. Room was spotless, the bed was so comfy. I never usually sleep too good in hotels but I definitely did here. I loved the art work, the little bits of information and how the corridor resembled that from the ship. Fantastic views, fantastic staff and a great breakfast. There was a wedding each day we stayed but staff still had time for us. We will be back, even just for the cocktails alone.

Wonderful
Eating here is the most wonderful experience: gorgeous decor; attentive and witty staff; beautiful food. We love the exceptional cocktails. The best dining experience in Belfast.

Training needed
Went into the hotel and decided to have a Valentine cocktail treat by my partner. He had a cappuccino. Unfortunately by the end of the cup there was a sludge of coffee which was undrinkable. My Espresso Martini was nice. But his coffee was unacceptable especially having paid over £5 for it. I made the deputy manager aware and said it was not a cappuccino. She then said the coffee machine was broken and argued it was basically what it’s. Then promptly walked off. No explanation. I went to the Titanic hotel last year with my sister and had a fantastic experience in the bar with very attentive staff. Needless to say we asked to speak to a senior to this rude lady, he apologised and said it was unacceptable and said coffee machine was broken but could have had a coffee from another machine. We politely refused but said it was her attitude. I have never been to anywhere with that rebuff. Unfortunately I will not recommend or visit the Titanic hotel again. I or my partner rarely complain but this took my breath away. Didn’t not want a take away coffee which the senior manager offered. Which was nice of him, but the deputy manager needs to have further training in hospitality.

Family event led by the amazing Gail and her team
Held a work event here for families. The team were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, all led by Gail who ensured that there was that extra special touch. Great food and great service. We have been here many times and Gail always ensures that the day runs smoothly for us and that individual needs are catered for. She is a real asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons for our repeat business. Thank you! See you in December
