    What an amazing meal. Felipe was the perfect host who educated us through each meal and drink. The service and food was simply incredible.

    5 star service and amenities

    From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the team at Trivoli Kopke, the bellhop took our luggage and brought us to the front check-in. At checkin, we experienced a free room upgrade to a Riverview with terrace and were offered port wine and water. The room was clean and modern but cozy and we enjoyed the nightly turn down service. The am breakfast buffet was highly stocked and we were also offered fresh omelets and coffee. The indoor bar had a jazz band that was at the perfect volume for the space.

    Outstanding and memorable stay

    Spent three very enjoyable nights at this lovely hotel in early November 2025. The location and view are outstanding. Well appointed, modern room with a very comfortable bed. One of the best things is the excellent staff who are clearly well trained. A special mention to Marta at reception for helping us with many things and to Sonia in the restaurant who made breakfast such a wonderful treat. Just a top quality brekafast which we would linger on for over an hour to enjoy the lovely view and the excellent quality of all the food items available. We enjoyed seeing the young man who walked outside with a hawk on his arm to keep away the seagulls and pigeons. The pool and spa were just awesome. My wife loved the hydro pool a lot. And so did I. Very well designed and made spa. We were never hungry enough to try the tasting dinner by Nacho Manzano but maybe next time. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one night. Nice view from the balcony.

    A truly remarkable hotel!!!

    Truly a remarkable hotel!!! 1. This hotel is incredibly beautiful in so many ways, amazing artwork, stylish comfortable rooms, amazing views. 2. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. 3. Wonderful restaurants!!! From breakfast, lunch and dinner, all amazing 4. Location! We loved being in the Port area and a short walk to the river area. We have stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world....all I can say is, you must say here and experience it......Tip, make sure you reserve a some time for the indoor pool, sauna and spa area....such a special treat.
