I am a frequent traveller who has had the privilege of visiting many places across the world. The customer service received here is amongst the best. I travelled with my husband and two children for my birthday and could not have been happier with the service. There is a daily shuttle that takes you to town. For a little extra you can add a 'red level' service that gives you access to their lounge throughout your stay. The staff are happy and willing to help. The pool is lush and the grounds beautiful. We had a wonderful time - and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Barcelona.

Brilliant Hotel AND Service
Amazing hotel, the service from morning to night , from absolutely everyone was unsurpassed, top class. We were both made to feel most welcome and it made my wife's birthday extra special. We will most certainly be back! We loved everything about the hotel and the staff, it was a pleasure to stay here. On our last day, we checked out in the morning and went down to the city centre (by courtesy of the hotel daily shuffle). When we got back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we realised that a bottle of water had leaked in my wife's bag and soaked her jacket. It was only a denim jacket but immediately Jose insisted that it would be laundered and pressed, incredible service. While we waited, David gave us a tour of the magnificent gardens and outdoor pool area, followed by a glass of chilled sparkling wine. What a perfect way to end our time there, thanks to everyone!

Excellent place
Fantastic place, nice service and awesome room. Went on business trip, and got a suite on the 10th floor. Very overwhelming for a one person trip. VIP lounge was nice, and breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately it is quite some distance to the center.

A peaceful haven of luxury in Barcelona
This hotel has luxury in its name! Absolutely stunning views over the city from the room, and everything so modern, bright and clean. Appreciated the little details such as chocolates and extra water left during turndown service. Excellent service from all the staff and would definitely recommend the Red Level for the wide variety of drinks and snacks available all day, great quality. Also particularly impressed with the gym, one of the biggest and most complete I have seen in a hotel. The hotel is not right in the centre but it is very well connected with public transport and you can get a direct metro to the airport. I actually enjoyed the slightly quieter and less hectic location. Would definitely return!

Outstanding Barcelona Hotel.
What a wonderful hotel to spend Christmas and New Year at. It was impeccably clean. The staff was hospitable, kind, knowledgeable. Very well trained to offer excellent service. The rooms are spacious, newly renovated. Excellent beds , towels, bathroom amenities and coffee/Tea. They have a well run shuttle service to downtown. Buffet hot breakfast was very good with a large assortment. The front desk couldn’t do enough to make our stay a 5 star one. Special mention goes to Laura who was very patient and attentive to our touristic needs. We had a spectacular stay, thank you to everyone at the hotel.
