I think this resort has a great potential with a better management service. employees needs to be teach to be friendly all the time with the guests regardless the time or status. Also , they need to improve the golf carts transportation , take a lot of time to go one place to another

Wonderful Resort!
This was our first time visiting Cancun & we had a wonderful experience at TRS coral! Food was better than most AI we have been to. Our butlers, Freddy & Linda, were friendly, kind, and helpful whenever we needed them! Our favorite restaurants were Capricho for breakfast & Helios for lunch (shoutout to Pedro- he was amazing!!). We also enjoyed El Gaucho for dinner & had outstanding service from Mario. There was always plenty of space at the pool and beach. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job cleaning our room. Overall, we had an amazing time & hope to come back!!

The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the level of service did not match it at all. I travel frequently, and this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Butler service requests were submitted with little to no follow-up, until we got a butler name Eduardo he was great. The food overall was extremely disappointing. The only exception was the Japanese restaurant, which was excellent, and Esteban (the cook) who provided great service. Securing reservations at the on-site restaurants was nearly impossible, everything was a fight, leaving my family expected to eat at the buffet for most of our stay. The steakhouse on TRS side was horrible the ambiance was really nice but the steak was so chewy none of us could eat it. Collectively, we spent nearly $12,000 to stay here, and the experience was simply not worth the cost. The lost of one star for cleanliness is strictly due to the roach that was in our shower.

Great stay
Spent a week here with a group of 12. Overall, it was a great stay. Room was comfortable, food was very good for an all inclusive and service was excellent. My only gripe is that the hotel was not great for groups. I had emailed a couple of times prior to arriving to try and secure some dinner reservations, requested info on photography services and tennis lesson rates but they never responded. Even tried the butler request form on their website. No response. Our butlers, Adrian and Jessica, tried their best to help us out but ultimately I blame the hotel for their lack of customer service and not having more à la carte restaurants open given the occupancy level. It’s almost like they just wanted us to eat at the buffet, as we know that is the cheapest option for them. Note that there isn’t a hot tub available and housekeeping wasn’t consistent. There were a couple of times that the room wasn’t even cleaned at 4pm. Resort was lovely, great beach, amazing spa and overall a great spot to vacation but maybe not if you have a group.
