    Well worth it!!!

Great spot with very modern amenities. Well worth the money. The food was what we expected from the reviews that we saw both online and from others at the resort. We give it a 7/10. Anytime I order chicken. It was fantastic anytime I ordered beef of any kind it was not. I personally just think it’s the quality of the product that you’re getting. Considering it’s an all-inclusive resort I wouldn’t expect high-end meat to be served to you. Our favorite restaurant was the Japanese restaurant as the sushi was very good and the Japanese food was also worth a visit. We went to the Thai restaurant and did not enjoy it because I just truly don’t think they know what good Thai food is. So if you’re used to eating quality Thai food, do not expect it when you go there. We did not go to the steak restaurant because we did not hear good things about it. Remember that you’re at an all-inclusive resort so expected dishes to be very small. However, considering it’s all inclusive, you can order as many as you want. We went to the sports bar, which was cool and the food there was actually pretty good considering it’s a sports bar. The room service was hot and cold and what I mean by this is that every night we ordered coffee, two cappuccinos and fruit breadto our room for the next morning. One morning it would show up in the cappuccino’s didn’t even seem like they were cappuccino’s. The next morning, the cappuccino would be fantastic with nice froth on top, etc.. one day we would get fruit bread and the next day we wouldn’t. One day we would get a dish with fresh fruit cut up on it and the next day we would not. It was just strange how it was adjusted day-to-day and you would get things that you did didn’t ask for and sometimes not get things that you did ask for. Hands-down the best thing about TRS coral is the service. From our butlers to the waiters by the pool, we were taken care of very well. Everyone was extremely hospitable and attentive to us. Which is exactly what you want when you’re on vacation. You don’t wanna feel like you have to lift a finger when you pay for an all-inclusive visit. We felt we got our moneys worth in that area. The drinks were very, very good however, they did not have raspberry vodka which I thought was a little bit strange. To mention a few in order of importance here were my favorite employees: 1. Alexis (pool server) - very friendly and humorous, and went out of his way for us. 2. Roger (pool server) - very funny and was very attentive to our needs. 3. Ferni (Pool manager) 4. Alejandro (Pool manager) 5. Christopher (Butler room 1035) **We’ll be back for sure**

    The staff make this hotel

Just enjoyed great stay at this hotel. We would come back and would also recommend. Food and drink were good although food could be a little warmer. Entertainment in the adult area could do with improving. Also management need to stop people reserving sunbeds, although this didn’t effect us as we are always out and about early. The staff make this hotel. A big shout out to Raul, luis, Adrian at the Gravity bar and Manuel (restaurant manager) they certainly made our stay.

    Very good time!

TRS Coral was an amazing get away to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The room was humid and somewhat hot despite requesting maintenance to evaluate for issues though. The pool and pool bar staff were top notch! The beach is beautiful and clean. The breakfast and lunch selections were just ok but dinners and the Chic Cabaret show were fantastic! Drinks were tasty and plentiful. The Zentropia Spa experience was worth the price and a must do. Beware of the “paparazzi” because while the photo shoots are fun, the photos cost a fortune to take home with you. Not a huge fan of the vendors pushing spa experiences or time share options however they did not continue to push when you say no. Overall, this was a wonderful and relaxing experience and I would consider returning in the future.

    Amazing Stay!

Amazing hotel but most importantly, amazing staff members from the initial entry to cleaning staff and butlers and catering staff! Special thank you to Antonio in the Capricho restaurant and Edgar! The team at El Gaucho restaurant made my birthday so special - thank you again!

    4.5/5 ⭐️

Pros: MOST of the staff is phenomenal. So kind, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond for the guests. More specifically, our butlers, Miguel and Stef were absolutely wonderful! They were available for us for everything we needed and more. Valeria with the wedding department was another God sent. So professional and passionate about her job. The resort itself is beautiful. So many options on things to do, places to eat, etc. the beach is also absolutely beautiful. Cons: the bad apples, like Isabel in Isla Blanca on the Grand Palladium side, seemed like it was her mission to be rude and disrespectful. Simple requests like sitting a family of 10 was made seem like I was asking her to move mountains. More than once on different days, I had to find a supervisor to grant our wish to sit with our family, which was never more than a group of 10. Another con, rooms are humid! The AC doesn’t cool nearly low enough to help with the humidity. There were also times where the elevator was broken, and my dad with a disability had to be nearly carried upstairs to get to his room.
