Loved the facilities as a whole, spa experience was 5 Star. Butler service by Ivan and Freda is the standard all employees should strive to be. The Chic Caberet show was phenomenal, I wrote a separate review for that! Problem is the food, extremely disappointed. Also, the pushing upon arrival to sit through a time share presentation started off our week long experience on a very bad note. Stay away from Lydia. She is way unprofessional and to pushy to sell, sell,sell!!

Had the best time participating in the tequila tasting today. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a lot and was able to taste several different tequilas and mezcals. I would love to do this again and if you have the chance I definitely recommend!!!

The service took the trip to the next level
Truly the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. As an all-inclusive, the drinks and food were great but truly the service took the trip and relaxation over the top. What made this trip so amazing was how helpful and personable the staff was. From Camacho, our bellhop when we got in; to Andres and Claudio, who were our waiters at the pool; Hansel who handled our Bali bed bookings; Anna, who cleaned our room each day; and many more people whose names I’m unfortunately forgetting, they all contributed greatly to making it such a relaxing trip. Though, the person who went above and beyond to help schedule out our week, change any accommodations we needed or just generally being available to help us and make sure all we had to do was relax was our butler Eladio. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful he was and how smooth the week went largely thanks to him.

Family Vacation at the Palladium Travel Club
Ulises was amazing! And so was Jesus! We have a family of 10 and they took care of us everyday! No matter if we were on the beach or at the pool, they were attentive, kind, so helpful, and just great people to work with. We appreciate them!!!
