The waitress Stephany is phenomenal! I loved seeing her again. I actually already knew her, and seeing her was incredible. If she was good before, now she's fantastic. Her service is 10/10 at La Boheme restaurant. Captain Eduardo Olmos was very attentive, and Chef Soto was great. I would return a thousand times for her.

Excellent service
My butlers were EXCELLENT. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful they were. So nice and kind and took very good care of me.

In the end too many things happened that affected our day to day functionality at the resort. While the service was good they sometimes were too proactive in trying to get us to join activities or promote events. It felt like we were being approached by sales constantly. Also when something did not go well it seemed hard to get it solved since it seemed like what we were asking for was unknown to the staff and some things that said they were reported, were just never fixed.

Highly recommended romantic vacation
My partner and I had a romantic getaway together. It was absolutely marvelous. Costa Mujeres was beautiful. Amazing beaches, pools, food, and other activities. Super attentive staff. Our butlers Jimmy & Yessica were fantastic! Highly recommended, worth every penny & would repeat for sure.

It was a nice resort! Made better by our butler,Jose, who went out of his way to accommodate our vacation! Without his attentiveness, I would probably not consider coming back.
