    Relaxing in the paradise

    Nice resort with a beautiful property. The rooms are clean, good equipped and get cleaned twice a day. Having breakfast at the beach restaurant is fabulous.

    Excellent resort.Room exceeded expectation-trolleys were always fast-ample choice in high end food.Mywife and l had a wonderful time.

    Good in parts

    We lost out because of the re-development of Palladium, but all things considered we had a good holiday.

    The stay was great

    Overall it was great, some of the local vendors on the beach and a few on the resort are extremely pushy for sales.. even if you tell them no 10 times, and that you have no money with you they insist on making a sale. One time there was a necklace and bracelet vendor on the resort near the saona pool and the salesman gave us something free as a "gift" for us. We just wanted to find a seat at the pool to relax. My wife tried to be nice to turn down the sale of their products as we werent interested but the guy kept pushing and pushing, to point where he started to reach in our bag to see how much money we had to buy something. He literally took money out of my wife's hand just to make a sale. He claimed the necklace was $100 dollars... stole the money out of my wife's hand (which was like 10 dollars in single bills thank god) and handed her the necklace... at the end of our week we saw the exact same necklaces at the gift shop on the resort somewhere and they were 20 dollars... the vendors here are a real problem but other than that the stay was great

    Even the lowest rooms were huge! Great food options. Love the wristbands are your room keys! Drinks were premium. Service is amazing.
