    Nice hotel and a great butler.

    I’ve had many butlers throughout my travels, and Jean is absolutely one of the best. He is quick, efficient, and incredibly responsive. He has a great sense of humor, is attentive without hovering, and always available when needed. Many butlers could learn from him. It’s truly been a joy having Jean during my stay. If I ever return I will absolutely request to have him again! Thank you Jean for making my work/vacation relaxing! Disario is the other butler. He was very pleasant and kind. He was willing to help if needed

    The buttler seevice, Arismendy, was great. The whole experience is wonderful and TRS offer good service, above the other Palladium resorts

    Excellent Poolside Service

    We spent the majority of our time at the adults-only pool, and we would like to call out our servers, Dolores and Fiereny, who were always nearby and speedy and a delight to speak to!! Special kudos to Stephanie and Felix at Helios as well!!

    Resent stay

    Suggestion: More communication and resort information is needed at the spa and different locations Need more night life Replenishment of room fridge was lacking Secret pool had no poolside services.     Vacation Club

    TRS is worth every penny. Your access to the other Palladium resorts is a great perk. The non stop shuttles to move you around are timely and efficient. Although Helios may be right on the beach, it is by far the least attentive and underwhelming restaurants on the resort. Bar service was top notch with top shelf bottles and a very attentive staff. Room was clean and spacious. All other restaurants were very tasty and timely. Lastly our butler Jean was fantastic at accommodating our ever changing requests!
