Dolores was a superstar! Made sure we had everything we needed at the TRS swimup ! And she has such a wonderful personality. My mom and I love her ❤️

A great place for couples getaway.
Excellent service. The pool is beautiful. The beach is relax. The food is great and Excellent alcohol brands.

I've been to several countries and I've been to the D.R. several times and this is by far the worst resort I have ever stayed at. Me and my cousin was celebrating our birthdays and it was my 50th birthday aa well so I wanted it to be special. Im a member of the travel club so we usually would get excellent service but this was not the case, and the worse part about it was in order to fit both of our birthdays in this trip I booked 12 days and 11 nights. Soon as we arrived they took us to a overcrowded lobby for members where we was there for a couple of hours waiting to be booked in and get our room key. When we finally did get our key we grabbed our luggage got on the golf cart who drove us to our room we carried our bags all the way up to the 3rd floor just to find out the key didn't work so we had to gather our things and go all the way back to the lobby and get another key and this was as soon as we got there and it never got any better. The room itself was leaking water from ceiling so of course it was mold. It was 2 of us staying in the room but everyday they would bring wash cloths and towels for 1 person. We had to chase them down everyday just to get another towel. We missed a excursion another time because we was locked out of our safe and we couldn't get our wallet. After 7 days they locked us out if our room again and after 3 attempts of me going over to lobby finally got that problem solved. Everytime I take these trips and because im a member when you check in we always get some gift. Whether it's a hat or bag or anything but we got nothing but then I see other members with gifts. The rides would take forever and even the member trollies would pass us up we was late a couple of times to dinner because of this. We went to dinner one night I told the driver he picked up other people took them where they was going and forgot about where we was going. There was a time when we asked for a umbrella several times and never got it but then we watched them give it to a white couple. This isn't the only racial experience that we had as well. The music wasn't diverse as I thought it should be either. But it was so many things to name and when we told the staff about this they offered us just a 15 minute massage this is the worst resort ever

First & Best Resort
First time at an all inclusive and apparently I was told not to have high hopes, but this place exceeded most of my expectations. Definitely coming back here again!

Definitely coming back!
From check-in to check-out everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. Our butler, Nori, was the best! Only complaint is that there is someone on every corner trying to sell something to you.
