The food was excellent. There were many great choices for any diet. The beach was gorgeous. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

SagNation 2025 Group Trip
I traveled to the Dominican Republic with a group of 17, and we had an amazing experience at TRS Turquesa Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. From the very beginning, everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I want to give special recognition to Wandy, Felix, and Daniel in the lobby area. With my mobility challenges, they made sure I was always comfortable and had transportation around the property whenever needed. Their kindness and patience were truly appreciated. The Gaia Bar behind Helios quickly became a favorite spot for our group. The bartenders Dani and Domingo were AMAZING—professional, entertaining, and creators of some of the best drinks on the property. Their energy made each visit so enjoyable. A huge highlight of our stay was the service we received from Ignacio during our group’s all-white farewell dinner. He went above and beyond to make our evening special. His attentiveness, warm personality, and willingness to assist with anything made him unforgettable. We absolutely loved him! The only issue we encountered was that a few members of our group experienced problems with their room’s air conditioning due to an electrical issue. Unfortunately, they were not compensated for the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. Despite the minor setback, I would still give TRS Turquesa a full 10/10 and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury experience in the Dominican Republic. I look forward to returning in the near future!

Best Resort I've Been to
Unbelievable trip. FOOD was top notch and im a big foodie. Fresh mango every meal, fresh pork leg every breakfast, fresh fish chicken or beef for lunch and the al le carte restaurants were unreal! Little bit of an older crowd but you have access to the other Paladium resorts. The wife and I will be going back next year!!

Fantastic experience. Our butler Randy went above and beyond. The entertainment staff were attentive to all the guests.
