The resort is absolutely beautiful and landscaping is very well done. The room was very nice but I was honestly expecting a little more. Most of the staff was amazing, shout out to Jose Luis & Rafael at the swim-up bar. They’re both so energetic, friendly and so hard working. We did have money stolen from our room during the trip and had to take time out of our vacation to deal with security, which wasn’t ideal. We were told we would be refunded the money but have yet to receive anything. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone regarding the issue. I would expect better communication from a 5-star resort. Overall we did have a blast, but could’ve been better.

Delicious food, beautiful resort, and wonderful/delightful staff!!
We had a blast and everyone was so nice! The resort was amazing but the workers at the resort made it even better! We had Norielis as our butler and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! It was our anniversary and on the day of our anniversary we came back to our room with an anniversary surprise waiting for us! Rose petals, balloons, hot tub already warm and jets on with a cake and champagne on ice! It was beautiful! She made sure we were aware everyday of everything that was going on or that was available to us and made sure we got a reservation anywhere we wanted to eat! We love Punta Cana it is our favorite vacation spot! Not just the resort but the people again I can’t brag on enough!

Great first time experience.
