Oct 15, 2026La boheme (15/10/2026). The service.
Im honestly not usually one to write reviews, i believe good service is expected at certain locations and that should be the norm. Tonight however Me and my wife had eaten at La Boheme the french restaurant and our waiter Oscar was truly exceptional. It’s no exaggeration to say we received the best quality of service we have ever received. The food itself was phenomenal but even had it of not been the service we received from Oscar would of still left us in a positive view. Excellent work from Oscar and he deserves all the recognition for just how above and beyond his service was. Outstanding!

Oct 14, 2026Extremely good value for money
Our 2nd stay at a TRS in Mexico. Excellent service and facilities were excellent. Tried many of the restaurants across the resort for dinner and all were very good. Helios was our favourite for breakfast and lunch. Staff always friendly and took time to chat with you.

A lovely hotel
This was our fourth visit to TRS . We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 night stay( once again ). Our room was exceptionally clean Our butlers were very helpful, booking our à la carte meals . I would certainly recommend early booking to ensure the restaurant of your choice. Once again we enjoyed Tentazione ( the tiramisu there is fantastic). Many thanks to Gabriella and Jose! Helios provided breakfast , lunch and intermittent evening meals. Staff there were ALWAYS attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Miriam and Ashley at the reception desk. Martha,Guadalupe,Edwin and Daniel provided exceptional table service. Thank you all! Once again the wildlife within the hotel grounds were a delight. Sargassum remains an issue in the beach, it piles up at each high tide despite the workers best efforts, so sad. The infinity pools provide an excellent venue for enjoying the sun and cocktails. There was never an issue finding an appropriate sun lounger and the staff at the IO bar gave great service. I thoroughly recommend this hotel foe a totally relaxing break.
