  Best resort ever

  Loved the staff and convenience of the golf carts and getting anything I needed really quick. Fernanda at check in was amazing with explaining everything on the property. Will definitely be back.

  Restaurant Review

  We had such a great experience at El Gaucho one of the restaurants at TRS, and Marco made our dinner even better! He was incredibly friendly, personable, and funny, and made us feel so welcome throughout the entire meal. His great energy and sense of humour really stood out and made the evening so enjoyable. Amazing service, thank you, Marco! 😊

  Natural Beauty and Friendly People

  This was our third trip to TRS Yucatan. We stayed for 7 nights the second week of August. We will definitely be back! Right from the beginning of our trip, when we checked in with Kelly in the gorgeous lobby, we knew we were going to be pampered all week. Kelly was so friendly and helped us upgrade to a private pool suite with lots of additional perks. We stayed in room 6706. It was gorgeous both in the room and on the patio. We loved the large pool and enormous covered sun longer. Our butlers Maggie, Ramon, and Jose were incredibly helpful and friendly. They learned our preferences (what alcohol we liked and lots of towels for the pool) and they kept us supplied without our need to ask. They helped us schedule reservations and activities efficiently. We loved the view from the patio at Helios during breakfast and lunch. Edwin and Manuel were great. There were so many different types of food, there was always something new to try. We especially loved the Mexican food and the Spanish jamon and manchego. The gelato stand is delicious and Hector is really friendly and will let you try lots of flavors till you find your favorite. We really enjoyed the new menu at La Boheme, the fondue is to die for. Reuben was our hard working and friendly server who always had a smile on his face. We took the Maya Tour with Jerik - he was so friendly and knowledgable. We loved learning about the history of the region, the flora and fauna, and enjoyed trying local honey and seeing a Mayan ruin. We definitely recommend this experience! We packed bug repellant wipes and had no issues with mosquitos during the tour, Jerik also had bug spray that he shared. The bartenders at Io were fun and made great drinks, I especially enjoyed the jokes Ignacio cracked. You just can't beat the view from the three tiered infinity pool. We loved the upbeat, yet relaxing vibe. Our favorite pool for relaxing - and with a bar that serves the best drinks (thank you Pedro, Eduardo, and Laura) is La Tarazza. It's so chill and quiet and never crowded. The beautiful palm trees and white columns were highlighted by clear blue skies. The spa has a great pool for relaxing as well and the hydrocircuit is perfect for unwinding. We got couples massages with Bernice and Soledad who were very skilful and professional. Definitely look for Raul who will get you a great price! The highlight of our trip was the kindness and friendliness of our waiter at El Gaucho and Chic Cabaret - Alejandro. He was easy to talk to, thoughtful, funny, friendly, and incredibly kind. He kept his cool when, during dinner, a storm blew in and we had to move inside from the patio, and then the lights went out briefly! Honestly it was one of the most fun and entertaining dinners of the trip. At Chic, he learned our favorite cocktails and always kept our glasses full. He gave me a sparkler at the end of the show which was an exciting surprise. He welcomed us to his country and we were incredibly touched by his sincerity and thoughtfulness. We hope to see him again on our next visit. While we were sad to check out, we were touched by the friendliness of Uziel. When we told him about how much we loved seeing the unique wildlife around the resort he shared interesting stories with us. We can't wait to come back to our favorite all inclusive resort. A home away from home were we can really relax and unplug. The staff is so hardworking and friendly, the natural setting is beautiful and the resort is beautifully designed and maintained.
