Excellent hotel and see I e from your team 100% could literally not do enough. The butler service at accommodation amazing and other hotels should take a leaf out of your book. Well done.

Daniel from Capricho is the best!!!
Daniel from Capricho was our absolute favorite staff member/waiter all trip. He always knew how to start our morning off right consistently making us feel welcomed! If you like mimosas, Daniel is the man to see!!!! We can’t wait to come back and see him again

Great people!
Good trip!! Ask for Martha at Helios - she's great. She learned our names and our drink orders ... Most of the time, the drinks were on our table before we were! Sherlin at Helios always met us with a smile and Alain was quick to help!! Manu at the bell stand of TRS always remembers us from previous trips and is quick to get us a cart to wherever we need.

Arturo and Guadalupe are the best!
Arturo and Guadalupe made us feel like home! Our drinks were never empty and we ate here everyday on our trip! It’s right next to the beach where you can tan and eat back and forth. We will definitely be back and hope you all visit and meet them! The best!

5 star Ellio the staff member and to the resort
An absolutely amazing trip we had to the TRS Yucatan resort. Everything was perfect from the facilities to the food to the staff but an absolute massive shout out to the one and only new staff member you have in ELLIO who has only been on the resort for 1 month, from first meeting him to every day after, we had nothing but top service and the most friendly man, so if you come across him please give him big smiles and just be happy in knowing that he will go above and beyond for you, give the man a raise and promote him. The room we had with a pool was fabulous and the maid and butler service top notch, too many names to name but a big thank you to all and we hope to come back, sadly the beach was not accessible due to the seaweed which unfortunately at this time of the year, nothing can be done, yes more cleaning of it but thats just a little issue, the pools made up for this. So dont hesitate to book and make sure to say hello to ELLIO, who is a true asset to the resort.
