Service was amazing! We have had butlers before at other places, they check in and line you out and disappear, not here! They are amazing with recommendations and so many options to keep you as busy as you want. Shout out to Mayakent (Mike) and Maya! Golf carts everywhere to buzz you around. So many great places to eat throughout Palladium but we mainly stayed on the TRS side. So many food options and good selection of alcohol. Abraham was our waiter at both Tratazione and Chic. He treated us very well and had great recommendations. Chic Cabaret was worth the extra money. Very fun show and good food. You won’t go hungry at this resort! We were a group of 5 and didn’t have any reservation issues. Rooms were cleaned every day and exceeded expectations. This resort was a lot of fun.

Big, beautiful with great service
Great first-time trip to TRS property. The service has been top notch. Our butlers were stand-out fabulous. These people love to serve and make our vacation as good as it can be. Carlos and Alfredo have been as good as it gets. When one of our friends had back issues that made him immobile, the 2 coordinated a special request for a back support brace. Carlos picked it up on his way to work, stopping at a local store. The “What’s Ap” messaging system with the butlers is brilliant. We stayed on the adult side most of the time, which was relaxing and preferred. The food has been overall really good. El Goucho was a let-down. We started calling it “The beef Jerky restaurant. The steaks were not good. I have a wheat allergy and most menus are labeled, sometimes incorrectly. The buffet at Helios is a guessing game, as they do not attempt to label. The menu IS labeled. If you do go to this property, pay the money for the show “Chic”. There are some amazing singers and some good ones. Same with dancers. Very fun and entertaining show. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It’s an amazing collection of natural stone and bricks. The amount of infrastructure is that of a small city. I got my steps in, every day! If you like small and intimate, probably not the place for you. If you want LOTS of variety in food and settings, check it out!

Amazing place and amazing people
We had an incredible stay at TRS Yucatán Hotel. The food, staff, and facilities were outstanding throughout our holiday. Our apartment butlers, Israel and Susanna, were exceptional and couldn’t have been more helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The bar staff and cart drivers were extremely friendly and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. We attended the cabaret show with the fine dining experience, and it was absolutely worth the extra money — a truly memorable evening. We finished our holiday with the Full Moon Dinner, and the views of the moon were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable trip.

The Best Hotel
Amazing hotel - incredible beach. À la carte restaurants every night and they were all like high end restaurants, the best we have had in all inclusive. The service from the staff is second to none, brilliant. Overall, perfect hotel - well worth it

Stunning hotel with amazing people
The hotel is absolutely stunning. My husband and I enjoyed a remarkable holiday. This marks our fifth visit to Mexico, and one of the primary reasons for our repeated returns is undoubtedly the numerous delights of the Caribbean, but a significant factor is the warmth of the Mexican people. Our favorite waiter was Mario at the Italian restaurant, where we had our best meals during our stay. Typically, I write extensive reviews, but I feel no need to do so this time. Everything was flawless. Five stars for cleanliness, five stars for drinks, five stars for pools, and five stars for service. The only point I would like to mention is that there are quite a few steps at this resort, which may pose challenges for individuals in wheelchairs or those with mobility difficulties.
