They were wonderful! The place is everything you are looking for in an island vacation! The rooms are clean, food was good and the atmosphere was very inviting. The property had beach access and the water was beautiful! Loved my stay and wish I could go back

Great place
4 of us holiday. 2 rooms. Very quiet which is fabulous for us all, I’d estimate 85 people here. Rooms All been renovated. Lovely king beds comfy bed sheets. Duvet. Pillows to die for. Tea/coffee lounge area. Free mini bar. Plenty of hangers. The rooms are stunning. A/c top notch. Balcony with sun lounger. 3 chairs and a clothes dryer Bathroom is heavenly. Piping hot water lovely loo on air not water 3 pool areas. Cafe restaurant at lunch. Burgers. Salad hot Dogs. Pizza. And a bar open from 10. Attention be staff all lovely ( by the way ) They come round with cold towels and sometimes water melon Breakfast is buffet and fab . Lunch buffet and special restaurant you need to book. I’m loving this hotel but it’s only been open 3 weeks. Don’t forget you can move for you lunch or dinner to other hotels which we did. Reception hold the numbers so get in quick A truly lovely holiday leaving for home on Saturday

Fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel
We had a fabulous 10 day stay in this great hotel. Recently renovated our room was lovely as was the rest of the hotel , always spotlessly clean and everything is brand new. The best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed . The food in the Greek restaurant was delicious . Breakfast was also very good as was the ice cream parlour and coffee shop. The evening buffet could do with a bit more of a variety. We went to a sister hotel on the West Coast for the day which was a fabulous experience. Lots of places to walk from the hotel and easy to get about on the buses to explore . Would highly recommend a stay at Turtle Beach .

Lovely hotel in St Lawrence Gap,recently renovated, rooms immaculate had everything you need. Beds and pillows super comfy (I'd buy one) The thing that makes this resort stand out is the staff!!! Everyone goes above and beyond to make the stay memorable ✨️ From the bar staff Maradona, shaneka,Ricardo Elizabeth at the pool, Winston and Dane. Restaurant, My girl Suzette, Joy,Donna,racquel,sandy,Tricia Casper, Nicole and Angela to name a few !!! Having stayed at sister property Waves, we booked Turtle and knew Kim Young would run a tight ship and she didn't disappoint ! Customer service was excellent 👌 We used the other properties as day guests and highly recommend it. Food A la carte Kefi ,good but not great, meat dishes slightly over cooked. Buffet breakfast Lovely Lunch repetitive and breeze was like a canteen with a view. (Previously table service and off menu) Oistins, always found something but never had a quandrum over what to choose 🤔 Having stayed before the Marriott takeover It is a shame that they have cut costs and removed the little touches. Fresh bread baskets and pastries in the morning-NO salmon and not huge choice but it is low season. Refill of mini bar and tea coffee for example Entertainment- some stand out acts but some lacking in energy and could have been listening to any background music in a supermarket ,and it showed guests getting up and going. One night was only my hubby and I left!! And that was only 9-30pm The pool bar should have been opened up and offered a dj set up ,(SANDALS NEXT DOOR WAS JUMPING) Treatment rooms are lacking but visit the spa at Waves for a truly magical pamper ✨️ Waves a la carte was excellent Tamarind was also very good Friends dined at Crystal cove and highly recommended Treasure beach Restaurant was gorgeous and beautiful on Payne s bay. So use the facilities for all hotel chain and utilise the restaurants and vary your experience to make the most of your stay! Definitely returning and can't thank you enough. The superstars are the staff AMAZING 👏
