  This was a small resort with limited entertainment and restaurant choices . However we had a fabulous time meeting new friends The staff was amazing . Our butler Dylan and his team kept us informed of activities and reservations. I loved the water class with Luis or eliana. Our bartenders were incredable Grissel, Brenda Marie so special and the musicians great

  Relaxing Getaway

  Excelente! We loved the entertainment team: Ashley, Eliana & Luis - Such lovely people that look to keep you engaged during your vacations. Our butlers Anel & Uriel super sweet and attentive. Big shutout to the bar tenders: Manuel, Gisel, Axel & Tolentino & and his partner (can't recall his name). Regardless of the August heat, they greet you with a warm smile. México doesn't disappoint! Too many to name. Everyone is amazing!

  First experience at all-inclusive, loved it!

  This resort was a great place for relaxation!! It’s set in a more touristy part of town, but it was easy to access the different parts of Puerto Vallarta with the excursions they offered! The food was AMAZING and the service staff at the restaurants were so enjoyable/welcoming. The swim up room was totally worth it. Drinks were great as well with pool staff very available to bring anything you need OR the swim up bar was a great option! Our concierge (Ángel Nieves) was ready and willing to assist—this was our first time traveling internationally, so it was very appreciated. Elina/Lisbeth were so fun with the activities!! Truly everyone was SO HELPFUL. My only wish is that the membership offer was made prior to checkout — we were approached about 10 minutes before we had to leave, so we didn’t have time to discuss it amongst ourselves. It was a great deal, but we aren’t the type of people to make decisions on the spot.

  A very relaxing stay with an amazing service

  UNICO was such a great stay! My very good friend gifted me this trip to celebrate my graduation from nursing school and my birthday, which made the experience even more special. From start to finish, the entire stay was incredibly relaxing and mellow. If that's the kind of vacation you're looking for, this is definitely a great place. It's perfect for a romantic getaway as a couple or for a group of friends who simply want to relax, enjoy good food and drinks, and unwind. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was so personable and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the staff genuinely remembered you whenever you walked into a room or returned to a bar or restaurant. Those little personal touches made such a difference. A special shoutout to Exel and Rogelio at the Lobby Bar, they make great drinks and definitely added to our experience! Overall, UNICO was a beautiful, relaxing getaway and such a special way to celebrate two big milestones. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back vacation.

  Exceptional Service, Incredible Food, and the Relaxing Adults-Only Escape We Wanted

  My husband and I stayed at UNICO for a week in mid-August with friends who are Hall of Fame members. As their guests, we enjoyed access to the members-only pool and wonderful butlers who helped arrange excursions, reserve pool chairs, make dining reservations, and so much more. The location was also very convenient. The resort is only about 15 minutes from the airport and approximately a 35-minute Uber ride from downtown Puerto Vallarta. We made a dinner reservation downtown and spent some time walking around afterward, which was the perfect amount of time there for us. The service throughout the resort was truly phenomenal. From the restaurants and bars to the pool area, every team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and the service and food at UNICO were among the very best we have experienced. The restaurants were beautifully decorated, and the staff was happy to accommodate virtually any request, including swapping meats, sides, or other menu items. They genuinely wanted every guest to be happy. We especially enjoyed having lunch by the pool each day and ordering from our fantastic pool bartenders, Brenda and Rojo. Another favorite part of our routine was visiting the rooftop bar and pool (Carlos the bartender on the roof is fantastic) before it closed at 7 p.m. to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. Absolutely beautiful! The spa was equally gorgeous and incredibly peaceful. We each enjoyed a wonderful massage followed by hydrotherapy, which made the experience even more relaxing and luxurious. We also signed up for a couple of the resort activities, which were a fun addition to our stay. The beach was exceptionally clean, and we felt completely safe throughout our entire visit. There were multiple security team members visible around the property and beach, which provided an added sense of comfort without feeling intrusive. Mid-August was a wonderfully uncrowded time to visit. We never encountered crowds anywhere, which made the experience feel even more relaxing and special. Evening entertainment was minimal and usually consisted of a singer in the main lobby, but that was perfectly fine with us. UNICO offered exactly the vacation we wanted: adults only, peaceful, relaxing, and classy. This was our first visit to UNICO, but it definitely will not be our last!
