    Berenice is a STAR

    Berenice was truly the sweetest and most attentive person I encountered during my stay at Unico. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She checked in on me regularly, ensured I had dinner reservations, and always made sure I had the daily schedule of events happening around the resort. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference in my experience. She was truly the best, and I’m so grateful for her thoughtful presence!

    Felt like a VIP

    Great resort! Service was spot on, accommodations very comfortable, great vibe! Relaxed luxury! Love the local host! Bernice was ours and she was so sweet. Every day keeping us updated on what was happening, very quick response time and even filled the jacuzzi tub on balcony for a relaxing end to the day! Anderson at the 2087 pool bar made great drinks and so happy all the time! Jesue the pool attendant worked extra hard keeping umbrella situated for shade for part of our group and sun for others! Traveled with someone with a gluten intolerance and was amazed at the attention and options she had! The chef at lacarisa for breakfast made special items for them too!

    Love unico!!

    This was our first time at unico and we had a great time and would definitely come back. We loved having a swim up pool and sometimes the bar tenders would bring drinks to us there which was awesome! All the staff we encountered were friendly and it was the best overall service we’ve had in a long time. Our concierge, Berenice was wonderful! She was friendly, checked on us daily, sent daily schedules, helped change dinner reservations, schedule taxi rides, and anything else we needed. She quickly took care of a maintenance concern and had housekeeping come quickly on a day our room was passed over. She truly made our stay seamless. The poolside server Lorena was wonderful and made sure we were never without food or drinks and she checked on us so often that we never had to look for her which was very nice. Francisco at the pool was also so helpful getting us chairs and making sure we had shade. He even came back to adjust the umbrellas when the sun moved! Highly recommend this resort.

    Amazing Resort and Local Host

    The resort is amazing with great food and healthy activities. Our local host, Laura, is a rockstar and made every part of our stay incredible. This was our 2nd visit to Unico and Laura was our Local Host both times and we were never disappointed. She handled everything from dinner reservations, to our cabana reservations, to assisting us with local questions. You will only want to avoid the time share sales presentation and the sales team is very pushy, so beware. Laura was able to put an end to it for us!
