    The staff, especially our concierge Eduardo, was amazing as well as the food and drinks. Pool was great but the beach is not ideal with rocks, no clear water and piles of seaweed that made it totally inaccessible. The night time activity schedule is also very limited so if you enjoy shows or casinos, this is not the spot

    5 Star Experience

    Spent a week at the resort, June 7-June 14, 2025. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is very good. Resort is very clean and well maintained. Not a single complaint! Can’t wait to go back.

    Best week of my life at Unico

    Amazing resort. Would return in a heartbeat. Eduardo was spectacular and nothing short of helpful. The food was beyond incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and the best service I’ve ever had. Only complaint was the beach was unusable due to the seaweed but not Unico fault!!! We will come back during different time of year!!!

    Wonderful Experience

    We had an amazing experience with Roger and Javier during our trip to Mexico for a wedding. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure all our needs were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly elevated our trip and made it stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better support—highly recommend them!
