Wow! This place was amazing! Such magical experience! Facilities were spotless. Room was spacious. Pool was incredible! Can't say enough about this place. We'll never stay anywhere else! Food is to die for! The entire family loved it! Stay here....you won't regret it!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and I was really pleased with everything Room everything you need is there and nice and clean perfect reception for WiFi Staff very friendly and polite Pools absolutely amazing not to crowded Buses to parks every 10 minutes I will definitely be back

The main resort building is very cute in its retro theme. There are dining options and entertainment (arcade, bowling, work out space etc) the pools are also enjoyable. But don’t eat the mozzarella sticks (late night) or the “grilled cheese”/cheese quesadilla @ the atomic bar. However, the rooms. Oof did I get a doozy of a room. I was booked in the castaway section rm 1111 it comes with a kitchenette, 2 beds, a fold out sofa, closet and ample bathroom space. To get to this room you play mental gymnastics with yourself. Yes, the numbers did go from 1110 to 1112 no, you’re not hallucinating. You must “exit” the resort area into the parking lot to find your room. Once in your room you get to enjoy the delightful ambiance of a busy parking lot and several dozens of guests loudly walking by your room daily. But don’t worry, you can also hear all the movements and conversations of the adjoining room as well. Did they just open a muffin container? Yup. Did they just open a plastic bag? Yup. Want to learn a new language? Cabana bay has got you. Just ask to be booked next to someone who speaks another language. You’ll pick it up. Prepare to sleep in arctic conditions, and if you’re lucky like me you’ll be blessed with sleeping on the pull out sofa. Formerly used as a torture device in gulags you too can now enjoy sleeping on the hardest substance known to man. TL;DR: Stay here bc it’s on park property and it’s cute. Bring ear plugs, bring or buy sweats to stay warm, and got the love of all things good, DO NOT SLEEP ON THE PULL OUT SOFA.

We stayed at cabana Bay for two nights both mornings no hot water. I alerted the staff was told that Maintenance would come down and check on it. We never seen anybody come to the room for it, but I took for granite that the situation was under control seeing that the hotel was not all that busy or overbooked. I didn’t understand why there was not hot water at the most. It was piss warm, but was told it would be fixed by Maintenance after our not so great shower we headed towards the parking lot where they were cleaning the hotel although you could not tell they were going to get ready to power wash here comes the water all over our hair and clothes, bleach water! Destroying our clothes so we had to go back and take another cool shower. Next morning woke up to the same piss warm water. I alerted the staff through text. I wasn’t asking for any discounts or anything and I made that clear but she needed to address the water issue in the building we were staying at Will never stay here again. I suggest finding a different hotel.

not the best
nice holiday but had late checkout with virgin holidays that housekeeping didnt know about so were rushed out of room leaving behind 2 tshirts hat and sunglasses contacted lost and found but nothing handed in would not recomend this hotel poor customer service once you have paid
