  Wonderful Stay — Perfect for Halloween Horror Nights!

  I stayed here with my daughter for Halloween Horror Nights from October 11th to October 14th, 2024, and although I didn’t get a chance to leave a review at the time, I definitely wanted to come back and share our experience! We flew in at night, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was a great way to start our stay. The hotel is also pet-friendly, so if you’re a dog lover, you’ll definitely enjoy seeing all the adorable pups throughout the hotel! We stayed in a standard two-bed room, and overall, we were very comfortable. The room was nice, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a damaged hook in the bathroom that appeared to have been there before our arrival, but it was a very minor issue and didn’t take away from our stay. We also had a beautiful view of the ferry from our room, which was such a nice touch. The pool area was another highlight. The pool was large, clean, and had a fun water slide that the kids loved. There was also a fire pit where you could purchase a s’mores kit from a nearby venue and roast your own marshmallows. Such a fun little activity for families and especially for the kiddos! The location was fantastic for our Halloween Horror Nights trip. One of the best features is the ferry that takes you directly from the hotel to Universal Studios. It was convenient, relaxing, and a fun way to get to the parks. If you prefer to walk and get your steps in, there’s also a walkway to Universal. Another thing I loved about the location is how easy it is to explore the surrounding hotels. You can walk to nearby resorts to check out their restaurants and other amenities. There are also several dining options right inside the hotel, including a convenient grab-and-go location. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The friendly staff, clean facilities, great pool, convenient transportation, and fantastic location made this hotel a great choice for our trip. It was especially convenient for Halloween Horror Nights and visiting Universal Studios. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families, Universal visitors, and anyone looking for a fun, convenient, and welcoming place to stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Fabulous hotel!

  A truly exceptional hotel with no complaints what so ever. We’ve stayed in many top range Disney hotels in the past and yet this hotel is the stand out of them all. In our opinion much better than the hard rock hotel also! A beautiful warm welcome with the smell of luxury as you walk through the main double doors, the excellent staff from reception, restaurant, bar (amazing service) and housekeeping impeccable every day the service was amazing!!!! We’ll be coming back hopefully very soon and thank you for a wonderful stay! Great two weeks

  What’s Not To Love

  Love love love this resort. Our second stay at this beautiful hotel that pretty much has it all. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we instantly felt relaxed. The smell, it’s insane! All the staff, from the valet, check-in desk team, to the fabulous gang at the New Dutch & Co. are just so super friendly. Big shout out to Gloria who makes the meanest latte, taking time out of her busy day to welcome every family, asking about their day. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Jesus & Jose too. Just so nice. Rooms are bright and spotless. Attention to detail is spot on. Pool is huge, laid back vibes with movie nights and s’mores too. Perfect location with frequent water taxis and excellent shuttle service to the parks. Cannot recommend enough. We’ll be back!

  Avoid if you a light sleeper - Nice pool area

  Was torn between a 2 and 3 star review This hotel has the potential to be lovely and get a 5* review but it just doesn’t meet it due to one key issue… Noise We came here after an AMAZING stay at Royal Pacific for 2 nights then Sapphire falls for the remainder of our break We booked a “standard” room (Which still comes at a high price point) aka “road view” overlooks a busy road, that was the first challenge It in theory isn’t a busy/main road but cars/motorbikes/others driving up at all hours well into the early morning and felt like drag racing was occurring at times! The windows don’t offer much insulation so you can hear it all - kids kept waking up asking what the noise was Then nearby rooms getting room service at 1am and staff having to knock loudly saying “room service” was not ideal, equally waking us up Didn’t make for the relaxing “signature” grade experience we hoped for On a positive note the pool is lovely and staff are very friendly Food and drinks aren’t cheap but not surprising We would consider staying here again but only if the lagoon view rooms weren’t the significant increase in cost that was the case when we stayed, otherwise there’s better hotels for better value for money, it’s advertised as one of the signature hotels but doesn’t feel it at all

  Fabulous Festive Season

  An atmospheric and relaxing hotel with spacious rooms and great location onsite for Universal Orlando - good value for money, clean rooms, minimum noise level and excellent customer service - captured the Festive Season yet maintained an air of tranquility - had a magical and enjoyable time with family and made wonderful memories - would throughly recommend
