    Very nice Universal hotel property.

    Moderate star level hotel at Universal. Early access to parks, but no fast pass. Modern and very nice overall. Lots of meetings going on. We had a suite which was nice. Good bed and room was quiet. Took the water taxi to Universal City Walk. No waiting. Enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. Ate by the fire pit by the pool bar. Used valet parking.

    The pool heater is broken, but we were told it was fixed. They’ve known it’s been broken for some time now

    The pool heater is broken and yet they told us it was fixed. I just wish they told us ahead of time so we could’ve booked another hotel Day two, and I still have not seen any adults in the pool Universal probably knows about this and they don’t do anything about it

    Excellent

    Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff and fantastic rooms. Room was spotless and modern. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom had a spacious shower with quick hot water. Pool area is wonderful. Plenty of staff offering drinks, which were delicious but overpriced. Food was tasty. It was busy but not crowded so no arguing over chairs. Music throughout the day that wasn’t too loud and would appeal to a diverse crowd. Really enjoyed my visit and was even surprised at the quality of this hotel considering it’s in a bit of a tourist trap area.

    Brilliant Onsite Hotel

    This is our 2nd time staying at this resort and it’s simply the best. Even though the resort was busier than last time we stayed we still thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Check-in was smooth and trouble free. Like before, our room was clean and very comfortable. The water taxi is very nice feature, but did get busy on weekends and event days on Halloween Horror Nights but this because resort guest at Aventura and Cabana Bay take advantage of this, it does cut down the time at security in City Walk. Strong Water Tavern is a must try, we’ve dined here on several occasions in the past, and always blown away by the choice of drinks and the flavours of the food on the menu. Poolside service is incredible and the pool area is draw for your must have relaxation days. All the staff are friendly and welcoming! Cant wait to stay here again!

    Basic elements are missed

    The basic elements that a hotel should have are missing. The pillows are old and not cleaned well, the rooms are cold and when you want to heat it, there is a loud air conditioning noise. The shower in the bathroom does not work and the bathroom has no chance of heating. There is no guest relations. There is a fan in the room coming from the bathroom and it is constantly making noise. We had a very bad stay. It needs serious renovation. It would be good if they also received training on customer satisfaction as a hotel. We wait more then hour for maintanence of shower. We are getting late to the park. Unfourtunatley the hotel staff is unfriendly. Nobody is smiling. Nobody look like happy. Everybody who work in this hotel are unhappy i dont know why perhaps becuase of their conditions.
