My family got dinner at Nido! The food was amazing, but Daniel and Abraham were the highlights. They were so attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. They made us laugh and took pictures of our group. We have the best time and can’t wait to come back!

Simply amazing. 100/10 experience
Viceroy was absolutely the best hotel resort experience me and my now fiancée ever had. We had the junior suite with ocean view and butler services. Our butler, Fernando, was excellent! He got us what we needed, when we needed and also went above and beyond to leave multiple surprises for us as we were celebrating her birthday and I proposed during this trip. I don’t think this experience would have been nearly as great if not for our butler Fernando. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and I look forward to the next time we book a stay at Viceroy!

Edin and Alexis were AMAZING. They answered us under 5 minutes each time we had a request and made us feel so social for our whole trip. We treated us like we were the only ones at the resort (when that was certainly not the case) and I am so excited to return again soon!

Hands down the most exceptional hotel!
My stay at Viceroy Los Cabos was absolutely exceptional. It is, by far, the most beautiful hotel with water mirrors across the entire space. No other hotels can compare to this unique and futuristic design. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, and were introduced to Fernando, who was able to assist us throughout our stay. He was so lovely, and was there if we needed any special requests. He would check in everyday to fill us in with any events happening at the hotel, and also gave some great recommendations during our stay! Our room was so spacious, with high ceilings, custom lighting, double showers, etc. The best part? A massive private balcony that has a table, ANOTHER bed, and bathtub, just to overlook the breathtaking pool and ocean views. Also want to add that the people working there are all so friendly and accommodating. I got a chance to chat with some of them as I got to see the same faces by the pool everyday. Really so kind and sweet! The restaurants in this hotel are all amazing and delicious. We got a chance to eat at Nidito, Awacate, and Cielomar. They even had live bands!! Lastly, it is topnotch service all around in this hotel. It does not disappoint. This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Thank you Viceroy and Fernando for making our trip so memorable!
