Andres our server was awesome, great customer service from him, i wish others had the same attitude most did but not all. Andres provides the level of customer service you expect in a Resort like VDP. The property and processes needs improvements still.

The is an extremely old hotel. I understand that the pool area and grounds have been updated but the rooms were old and smelled of mold! We requested a new room on 3 occasions but to no avail. Not only did the room smell of mold but that it was on the walls. They refused to move us. Instead they sent housekeeping up and sprayed the room with smelly stuff. I have never been so disgusted! This is a 2 star hotel at best!

Girls trip Oct 2026
My 3rd visit to VDP and it keeps getting better! The remodel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, clean well stocked rooms, nice lounge chairs and delicious food. Best location for activities off the resort. Check out the beach next to Arco for massages from Yara and activities from her husband Edgar. Our favorites: Dinner with Jesus "Chewy" at Carbon and spotting him the next night meeting with his team. Thanks for the friendly service. The breakfast at Bella California was delicious. Service meh. We went to Arco for breakfast and then the Spa. Thank you Ignacio at El Patron breakfast. He was always one step ahead of our requests. Marianna provided the best facial and body scrub. See you soon Marianna! Esther and Jose with the concierge team were so helpful and friendly. Coral at the front desk helped answer my questions and had a great friendly conversation with us several times. Love your nails. ❤️ Our bestie Nayeli at the pool kept us well hydrated. She was so friendly and fast! Even asked how we felt the next morning. 😂 Armando and his team at the bell station also kept our hands empty and helped with our transportation. Tony, Rodó and Valeria 💯
It was a great experience staying in Villa Del Palmar, it was our first time in Cabo and they did amazing. We specially loved to amability of Tony, Rodo and Valeria. We were able to play and enjoy volleyball, bingo, the crazy game and paint some rocks. They are amazing doing their job, you can tell when someone loves they job and they do!
