    Super clean and friendly resort

    Lamberto is super friendly and always has a smile on his face when I get towels. He’s much appreciated . I love this club. Super clean

    Alex at La Terrace Res

    Alex at la terrace res was absolutely phenomenal. He made our group feel so special and helped our first day of vacation be the best ever!! Please do yourselves a favor and go visit Alex!!

    All inclusive- woth it

    The service and staff were great. Did the all inclusive and it's worth it. Love the Amenities. February- can still swim but cold and get used to it. The restaurants were fantastic- The shows are so so- I am not a fun cuz it's mostly lip sinc, exceot in Tomatillos.

    Nataly at the front desk (check in) was fantastic!

    Nataly at check in was phenomenal. An issue with our reservation (which was no fault of hers) greatly complicated things and could have cost us significantly more money . . . Nataly was patient and persistent and advocated for us. She turned around a frustrating start to our trip !!!
