The entertainment crew makes the trip so enjoyable. We come back each year to see our friends at the resort (the employees). Chloe and Alana are amazing and Albert and Bryan are so fun. We love the pool waiters Andres and Niko. They are so attentive and friendly.

Food and beverage service was good. Andres, who took care of the beach deck was fantastic for food and beverages. Not satisfied with our own location and even though we were here three times prior or not given another option.

Villa del Palmar Cabo - great times!
Villa del Palmar in Cabo is a a great option. We love the location, the atmosphere, the food, and most importantly the people. The workers at Palmar are great - always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you have a great time. Close enough for a long walk on the beach to the marina, far enough if you don’t like the noise from the marina. It’s on a street that takes you past some great local restaurants on the way downtown, so walking is always fun to pop into new random spots. The hotel pool area was recently remodeled. While they got rid of our favorite feature (the whale slide), they added more hot tubs and updated the floor with concrete instead of uneven stones that were a trip hazard. The pool doesn’t have a swim up bar, but the workers make sure you quickly forget about that. The service is great - we usually never are empty because they are so attentive. Andres is truly the best! He moves nonstop and is always friendly and smiling. Alberto does a great job in the pool area making sure people can get seats at the pool - greatly appreciated! Alejandro in member services is great - he goes out of his way to make you feel special and makes sure you’re having a memorable vacation. Overall, VDP is a great option.

Amazing second family
The team at Palmar is our second family. Everyone goes the extra mile. By the pool, keep your eyes open for Nico, Alberto, and Antonio who are always available and ready to serve. The entertainment team is top notch thanks to Laura, Chloe, and Alana continuing to develop talent.

Family trip
Had another awesome family trip to Cabo...stayed at Villa del Palmar!! Everyone there is very professional,friendly & helpful!!! Jose was our server poolside..he was amazing!!!!
