Oct 14, 2026Food is excellent especially Yashinoki restaurant.
We tried a Sushi restaurantcalled Yashinoki. It had excellent food and Service. Our waiter Gabriel Puga went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even showed us how to use chop sticks in minute's! Definetely recommend this Hotel and this Yashinoki restraunt and waiter!!! Thank you Gabriel!

Wonderful time
Beautiful resort with lovely staff! Wonderful entertainment team with Edgar, Gaby, Said and Teresita. And also Miguel the waiter, they’re amazing!

HURRICANE warning!!!
Best pool service ever! Jorge was not only friendly and fun but he went above and beyond with our service! He recognized us daily and even set up chairs for us while we got ready for the pool. Drinks were promptly delivered in a steady flow, just how we like them!!

Staff made our stay a wonderful experience.
Pool waiters: Alex, Cristobal, Rafael, and Jorge These gentlemen are amazing. They take excellent care of us, are attentive to our needs, and are consistently friendly and welcoming. Their service makes a real difference in our experience, and they deserve recognition for their outstanding work. Entertainment team: Edgar, Teresita, and Gaby This team is fantastic! They are friendly, enthusiastic, and know how to make the games and activities fun. They create a wonderful atmosphere and contribute greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. Elite Welcome Team: Mitsy, Gemma, and Mary, Jocelyn They are always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. Their attitude makes members feel comfortable and appreciated, and we sincerely value their assistance.
