My friend and I enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast every morning here during our stay. The staff were exceptional! Truly! Angela, Fredy, Ricardo and Edgar went above and beyond consistently to ensure our not I g breakfast routine was enjoyable. I really can not say enough about the staff! And, the best French Toast we have had!

Always a wonderful dining experience
The team here could not be more friendly and attentive, the food is always on point, and the setting is like sitting in a travel magazine page. We just love everything about this place

LOVE IT HERE
Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcomes and exceptional assistance. The lobby felt lux and serene as anticipated. Janeth got us settled into our room right away and was greatly appreciated in the whole check in experience. Very polite and informational. Angel helped with our bags and gave us a nicer tour around the property at the same time. I already know it is going to be an exceptional stay.. as usual.

Memorable service
We had a wonderful dinner at La Casona at Villa La Estancia. The food was beautifully prepared and everything we ordered was cooked very well, but the real star of the evening was our server, Jonathan. Jonathan was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire meal. He struck that perfect balance of always being there when we needed something without ever making us feel rushed. Great food can make a dinner memorable, but exceptional service can turn it into an experience, and Jonathan did exactly that. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our evening so enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!
