    Resort near Cabo

    We started off in a noisy room, but after 4 nights, we were moved to a much better location and view. Luz at the front desk was very helpful checking us in and out. She worked to find us a better room. Food was good and everyone was happy and helpful.

    Family friendly resort, could use some improvements

    Review of Villa La Valencia Beach Resort & Spa Los Cabos We had a really mixed experience here — beautiful property and kind staff, but service consistency needs improvement. Front Desk The team was friendly, but not always knowledgeable. We were told the only place to get smaller bills was the onsite store, yet the store struggled to provide change. Later we discovered there’s actually a currency exchange desk right around the corner from the lobby — something they could have easily directed us to. Also, neither of the QR codes in our room worked, and we had to ask multiple times before receiving the Honor Bar and room service menus. To make things harder, the ATMs were down during our stay. Pool & Restaurant Service This was unfortunately the most frustrating part of the stay. Pool service was extremely difficult to get — I asked three different servers for a menu and was repeatedly forgotten. We sat for an hour before finally receiving service when Pablo came by (he was great and very attentive). Breakfast at El Patrón had a similar pattern: warm hostesses, but once seated you wait quite a long time just to get water or a refill from the waitstaff. Room Service / Water We really wish bottled water was stocked earlier in the day. We frequently ran out and didn’t want to sit down at a restaurant just to get drinking water — especially inconvenient at a beach resort. Housekeeping This was the highlight of the stay. Housekeeping was excellent — very thorough, consistent, and kind. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and well maintained. Overall The resort itself is gorgeous and the staff are friendly, but the service coordination and responsiveness need improvement — especially around food and beverage and guest information. With better training and communication, this could easily be a top-tier experience.

    Beautiful inside and out

    Lovely. Rooms are gorgeous. Staff is impeccable. Grace in Elite concierge is a delight. Adrian at bell desk was very helpful and kind Carla’s at pool did a terrific job!
