    Always a pleasure. Kind people doing their best to please their guests. Good food and great service.

    Luis, Jesus and Pablo do a great job. Kind and attentive, Luis suggested the tuna the tuna appetizer and Salmon entree and it was excellent. My go to place for lunch.

    A wonderful experience at this resort...

    We stayed at Villa Valencia Cabo for 2 weeks and must say the entire Bellman Staff was Fabulous! Always friendly, smiling and ready to assist us with anything

    Excellent resort - we will be back again!

    An outstanding resort - in every way! Customer Service, quality of the food and just all around resort to stay at. Whenever we had a question or needed help or advice the resort personality were extremely helpful and resolved our issue completely

    Best trip to Cabo

    We loved everything about this resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Even with food allergies there was always food to eat. I have gluten and dairy allergies.

    I find it disrespectful

    I stayed for a week with my family, and I had a problem at the pool. For over two hours, there wasn't a single server at the family pool, and when they finally appeared, they didn't approach us, which I found disrespectful. I had to go up to the front desk to get any attention. They should have staff trained in customer service, not ignore guests. Furthermore, the room cleaning was limited, supposedly because I hadn't removed the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Honestly, for the price I paid, they lack quality and attention.
