We always enjoy our stay at Valencia. The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Noe at the bell stand is exceptional. We hadn't been to the resort since February of 2025 but he remember our names and treated us like family. We will be back.

Outstanding week at Villa La Velencia.
What an Amazing week we had at Villa La Valencia. My husband and I spent a week there in January prior to heading over to Arco for a second week. We love Arco and have been enjoying that resort for over a decade. However this past season we decided to give Valencia a try… we have memories of when the resort was first being constructed and finally decided to book a week. We had a marvelous stay. Valencia is a class act. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, the suite was magnificent, the choice of restaurants outstanding and the staff were like family. A BEYOND PERFECT VACATION !!! Cabo is definitely “ Our Happy Place” and our stay at Villa La Valencia only confirmed that… 😀😀😀 I want to share how very special CARLOS SAYADO (room manager) was during our stay. He saw to it that everything was perfect. We are so looking forward to seeing him again with his happy smile when we return in January. Carlos Ortega (pool head) actually remembered us from Arco where he had worked many years back. What a special person he is… Thank-you to the bellman Noe. Kind and personable. A shout out to Victor and Raul, Esteisy, and Alexandro. And have to mention Chef Rene , Andrea and Enrique. Those empanadas we made were delicious. There were so many others whose names I don’t recall in the restaurants, housekeeping, and the deli/store. Thank-you everyone at Villa La Valencia for ensuring that our stay was a special one !!! See you all on The Lazy River soon !!!

Fantastic resort
We love the resort and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We especially liked Jessica our hostess at the restaurants who is always professional willing to help. Also another shout-out to Pablo our pool waiter who is extremely attentive and nice. We will definitely be back.

The trip was great spending quality time with family. Despite the inconvenience of the hotel, not being at minimum capacity and the air-conditioning not being turned on in the lobby areas. Everything was great. We had an amazing receptionist attendant who helped us and was very knowledgeable. her name was Luz. Luz went above and beyond for us providing excellent service and very knowledgeable.

Visit Villa La Valencia!
Love this resort. It starts with the staff…everyone is so personable and professional. Shout out to Gerardo in the breakfast buffet. Dude was awesome.
