This was our first time ever at Villa La Valencia. The staff worked extremely hard to make every aspect of this trip enjoyable for its guests. Waiters are very professional and accommodating. Abisai in particular, was exceptional and facilitated a welcoming atmosphere that was friendly and familial. We couldn’t be more impressed with our experience. We are sorry that it’s time to return home.

We stayed here with our 2 kids 3 and 8 years old in November. This is a really small resort. Beautiful, well maintained. Perfect for a weekend getaway because it's a short flight from Cali (we thought there would be more to do and were there for 6 days). I wouldn't recommend staying here for a week unless maybe you have a lot of day trips and activites planned away from the resort. This isn't the typical type of all inclusive that has a ton of activities for kids/adults and there aren't nightly shows or performances except on a tiny stage (2 dancers or a violinist) located within the outdoor area of the buffet. The whale watching was awesome right from the pool! I did love that the pools are were very family friendly shallow so younger kids can play while you watch. Thank goodness there was the lazy river for our 8 year old to play in throughout the day. The service was good, but I think that it has mixed feedback because they are looking to see who is all inclusive and who is just staying at the property. We were all inclusive, but I was disappointed with the dining options. One small buffet (beautiful views of the own though) an incredibly slow Italian (often all inclusive will bring the kids food sooner, we waited at least an hour and fifteen minutes for our meals) and a steakhouse that had the best food options, but we only ate there once. The rooms are nice. Again, it's just very small and limited in offerings.

Full Review (low season)
Just wrapped up a week with the family including three teenagers. A wonderful experience with some minor opportunities given it was low season. The resort is beautiful and feels new. The staff is excellent and was very friendly and helpful (extra thanks to Fernando and Adrian). The pools and lazy river are the stand outs. No issues at all with chairs, towels, floaties, service, etc. which is a benefit of the low season. We had the all inclusive plan which was great for meals and beverages/snacks at the pool. Breakfast buffet was moved to Latitude and was great. Although we did use room service multiple mornings which was quick and very good. Lunch at La Taberna and Coralle were ok. We had dinners at Latitude (kids favorite), El Patron, and La Taberna (my favorite). For a really great meal, we walked on the beach (about five minutes away) to Sr Pez for fresh Mexican. Highly recommend (best food we had all week). Not much to do at night but there was karaoke and some live music at dinners. Took a day trip to San Lucas and San Jose thru Tours By Locals which worked out well. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

🌟 Fantastic vacation spot.
Yair was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. Fabiola and Kelly at the Kids club were absolutely wonderful with my child. Their activities were so cute and they really work with each child at the facility. Truly truly a fantastic experience. Enrique was also so fun and funny for the bracelet making activity. Danny and Karla were very enthusiastic and amazing for the water Zumba. The rooms were lovely, impeccably clean and very quiet. Super fun time at the pools. Loved the lazy river. The hotel is very close to a supermarket called Fresko.

Will be back. That's all I got to say
This so far for me has been the best trip to Cabo under the Villa group. Between Isac Mayren jr on wait staff and Danny boy in entertainment we had a blast. It helps when employees care about their job and do the upmost to to make sure you are taken care of. In actuality almost ALL the employees from grounds to concierge have been wonderful. Be happy and proud your employees keep Valencia looking and running at top notch.
