    the food was pretty good, good service and everything pretty clean, pretty good quality and so many activities to do stuff was nice and respectful. the rooms were also nice, comfortable and clean great to come with your family and friends, definitely recommend

    Vacation with the family

    We went here for a family vacation and it was amazing, the staff are really nice and the parks are even cooler. The beach is only across the street so it makes it easy to enjoy it. One of the staff Edwardo had been great by being really friendly and helpful.

    Was here two months ago had a better experience

    Unfortunately, we got here early. The room was not given to us till 4 PM. The restaurant by the pool were very dirty. The food was better . The pool opened up late on Saturday. Something was wrong with the pump not a very good experience. The service in the restaurant was good. The bar accommodation were OK..

    Good place to stay specially the food is good and you get to eat all day. But the rooms are the the the fine like it looks on their website. But one thing I can say the most important thing about this place they got good food you can drink all day.

    Bad services and accommodations

    No hot water in the bathroom for days, cats in the restaurant scratching your chair and one did bite a girl and boy. Food and shows somewhat good. Italiana restaurant was the only excellent experience and 2 ladies at the buffet one was Alma.
