Nov 12, 2025we do not recommend it not only because of health problems and bad rooms😭😭😭😭🙉🙉🙉🙉
The hotel is older, some rooms had technical problems, water was flowing from under the sink, the bathroom was slippery, they only gave us 3 extra towels to wipe ourselves 🙈🙈🙈what was worse was there was no effort to fix it soon, I just promise they will send a repairman. The food in the main restaurant had a small selection, dirty plates, sour vegetables, there were 4 of us and we all had stomach problems and diarrhea. Every day at the reception at 10 am there was a queue to change the room😱😱😱the hotel does not respond 4 *Many rooms had technical defects.

The experience at the resort was great. The resort is very beautiful, and the staff is friendly. I like it because there’s always something going on. Every evening there are shows in the amphitheater followed by a party. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Animation
We loved loved being here. Its our 3th time being here and my daughter loved it so much! Espescially a big thanks to the Animation Team in particular Gregori and Luna. We will be back soon Thank you viva

Oct 16, 2025Pizzeria under new chef - TERRIBLE!
My second time at the resort unfortunately the pizzeria isn't the same. Back in April 2024, the chef was amazing the food was spectacular! In October 2025, a new chef came in and the food from the pizza to the pasta are terrible! The chef had an altitude! Very dissatisfied!

I've been coming to this hotel for years. The location is beautiful. The food is good, and the people are friendly. What disappoints me is that over the years, there's less and less Latin dancing in the evening after the show. And since this week, a huge iron sound system has suddenly appeared on the once charming placita. The sound from the speakers is ear-damaging. We're seriously wearing earplugs, and even then it's too loud. And that also applies to the disco where you can go after the evening party. For 26 years, we've had the best after-parties here. But this holiday, we always leave after five minutes. The music is so loud. It's such a shame that the wonderful Viva feeling is fading more and more.
