The resort is lovely and the beach is perfect with soft, white sand and lots of beach lounges. The buffet has ample choices to fit any diet and no one should complain about the fare offered. The restaurants requiring reservations are gourmet quality and we enjoyed the food offered, plus you can order as much as you like! The spa was wonderful and we went for massages twice! However, we had one huge problem. I purchased a week at this resort from a member. We knew ahead of time in the literature we received that for the all-inclusive feature, it would cost us $495. When we checked in, we wanted to pay this all-inclusive fee. The front desk sent us to Membership Services where we were told that we didn't have to pay a cent for the all-inclusive option. During the week, we checked in with Membership Services two other times to make sure that we understood this! Being two women who were having a good time, we assumed we had $495 each to spend on jewelry, etc. However, when we went to check out, we were told that we owed the $495 each! We argued that Membership Services had given us contrary information. So, they called for the Membership Services representative, and a woman whom we had never seen, showed up. She told us that the man who advised us was new and didn't know what he was talking about!!!! So we had to each pay the $495 that we had been told we would not be charged! I won't go back to this resort! Vidanta Riviera Maya resort puts this Wyndham resort to shame!

Nov 25, 2024Wonderful stay in a beautiful resort
My sister and I have just spent a wonderful week at this resort. Everything from the welcome to check out was excellent. Our room was just next to the main pool area and a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful Sandy beach. Never an issue to get sunbeds. We ate in 3 of the restaurants other than the buffet. (Which also had a great selection of food to suit all dietary requirements). The Cosmopolita was incredible and a special mention to Elio our waiter who looked after us with a smile. Sadly the Don Diego was not good. The Miramare again was exceptionally good with wonderful service and food. The resort itself is super clean and the rooms serviced daily. We met some lovely local animals around the resort and beautiful birds. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Great Overall Hotel!
Such an amazing family friendly hotel! We have been coming here for the past 8 years and it just keeps getting better and better! The best beach that you can walk an hour in either direction, the food is always delicious, the activities are so much fun & Josue is the best catamaran guide! Oh and the shows 🤩

Perfect experience
Beautiful hotel close to all amenities and in a very secure area. A lot to tell about the food, rooms, staff, activities All in all, our stay was unforgettable. Special thanks to the animation team: Mauricio, Jonathan, Eleonora See you soon I hope

Yay-Beach! Very nice family oriented hotel, perfect size if you need to grab something from room during the day! Stuff super hard working, we had amazing experience with Trapeze stuff, Olga was so kind and patient with our daughter! Everyone super hardworking, bar crew, buffet crew and entertainment team great!Food was also decent! Nay- Understuffed! long line up for drinks, bar from the pool side closed. No service of the drinks by the pool or beach. Even though dancers in the shows were great, shows were big disappointment, They were renovating outdoor theatre so most of the shows happened in the small theatre, white walls and super hot. Some shows had to be cancelled as they did not have cover space for it!!! No water in the lobby, if you check in or check out, would be nice to have!
